 + -1 moreAfter Brian power washed our deck, he recommended using Flood's cedar stain, shich was extremely easy to apply, and looks extremely good. He will do any work you ask, though will try to save you money if you would like to do some of the work yourself. His prices are so fair, that it's very easy letting him do the work.
Description of Work: I am fixing my house for sale, and never thought I could get it done so fast or at such low cost. I first asked Brian to install a new sensor into an expensive ceiling fan since the remote was broken. He simply replaced the battery wire (bought it at Radio Shack) and problem was fixed. He then power washed and repainted the aluminum siding on our entrance, and it is indistinguishable from the newer siding. I then gave him my "To Do" list, and he was finished in no time.

 + -1 moreOn a Sunday, Precise Maintenance Services returned my call promptly! After explaining my situation I was assured they would arrive shortly. I was instructed on how to shut my water supply off over the phone. When he came he repaired the pipe and used his shop vac to clean up all the water. He took the time to explain why it happened and the best way to proceed with all the repairs it caused. I am going to continue to have Precise Maintenance Services come to repair all the damaged, walls, tile and wood flooring. I would recommend this company again and again !!!
Description of Work: I had a pipe burst in my home over the weekend. Precise Maintenance came out on a Sunday! He repaired the pipe and cleaned up all the water as well. We discussed the damage it caused and the best way to repair them.
