Perfect Pools - Southampton

We purchased a pool from them. Getting them to actually come out to open, close, or service the pool was very difficult. They would repeatedly promise to come out and never show up and not even call. Ignores calls for any follow-up. Very frustrating dealing with them. I would not recommend them.

Went to location of store and was met by Lisa the store owner. She sat with us and told us what we need and the area that is needed for the pool that we wanted. We wern't to sure and she herself came out and mesured the area and did an outline so that we knew what the pool looked like and the area that would be taken with the size of the pool. The pool was installed and after it was filled up Lisa came out and gave us a pool lesson the how to take care of it. Also when we were purchasing the pool I asked for a certain pool and she steared me in the right direction to save myself money. Also, she talked me out of things that I didnt need. I would recommed this store and this location store to all.
