Unbelievable, Juan was the easiest person to work with, he gave us ideas (which we needed), told us "don't worry about it" when we had questions about different aspects of the work. He rebuilt our old poorly made porch, walk, two sets of steps and tore out the old badly done work by another contractor. He did the hardscape, the landscapeing, the minor electrical work for outside lights and mostly suggested different alternatives. He suggested a design for the walk, porch, capping for the wall and lamp post. When he says "don't worry about it, you will love it" believe him, he knows what he is talking about. He shows up on time and his men work hard and clean up after every days work. We could not recommend him any more highly, He is excellent.

Juan responded very quickly to my request for a quote. His price was reasonable. The overall quality of the work done was outstanding. He offered suggestions where a needed them. The resulting job was way above my expectations. I would highly recommend him.

I would recommend Guerrero Landscaping for your landscaping and patio work. Their work is impeccable. I had a large front yard on a main street that was destroyed by road work with a eight foot hole in it. Mr Guerrero and his crew completely reinvented my lawn to a show piece. He transformed it in one day after discussing what we wanted. Mr Guerrero and his workers were hard working, friendly and extremely respectful. I have recommended his company to two other family members and now they are having him come for their property reinvention

Juan's estimate was the lowest of all. He kept that price - no hidden items and everything was done beautifully. Having built a home from the ground up I can honestly say that Guerrero - and Juan in particular made this last project the best one of the entire experience!!

The crew started the work as scheduled. Did amassing job in our backyard very quick. After 5 days we already had a new patio installed. During the installation we ascked for a few changes and Juan did all effort to make them. Very friendly, helpful and understands the customer's needs.
