I am very happy with our new roof and the quality of workmanship provided by Guardian Home Improvements. I was very pleased with the communication with Mike and Zev and the office at all stages of the selection and installation process. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Zev especially was very helpful. He helped me handle communication with my Insurance Company. He answered any questions I had promptly, I couldn't ask for any better customer service. I would recommend Guardian Home Improvements to everyone.

We had hail damage to our roof and siding. The Guardian team, including Zev and Mike, did a marvelous job navigating the process with the insurance company. The work their teams performed was also top notch. We are glad to have found them - they made the whole process very easy for us.

The person who came out was real professional. Spent time on the roof looking for spots to repair. Overall a wonderful experience

Guardian home improvement was referred to us from a aqaintance at work We were at first denied our claim but the ssalesman Zev told us not to worry we will get you approved and within a week we were approved and in 30 days Zev and his team was at the house by 7:00 AM , and by noon the roof was done and the outside of the house was clean as a whistle and the roof looked great. Guardian replaced my roof, all siding, gutters and downspouts. The work was well done, completed promptly and they cleaned up well after the work was completed. Zev was a wonderful project lead. He communicated well throughout the process and he viewed it as his job to make it as easy as possible for me. The entire Guardian Team was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Guardian for roofing, siding, gutters and downspouts.

I chose Guardian Home Improvements for my storm damage repairs. They had an excellent initial response to my request for an inspection, and then handled all of the coordination to get me paid by my insurance company. The high level of product knowledge coupled with reasonable upgrade options afforded me many choices in pricing options. Once I decided, my project was started and completed promptly on schedule. All of the company representatives and installation crews were highly knowledgeable, professional and courteous at all times. I would recommend Guardian Home Improvements to any and all who are in need of any kind of storm damage repair.

Robert Frehafter, owner of Guardian Home Improvement performed a top notch job for us replacing our roof, siding and gutters September 2014 due to hail storm damage from the May 2014 storm. He went to bat for us in obtaining the maximum amount of money possible from our insurance company to fully repair the damage. Robert was professional from start to finish in meeting with us several times, delivering various samples, answering all our questions and promptly returning all our phone calls and emails. Robert's workmen were as professional as he and completed the job in a timely fashion with true craftsmanship, politeness and respect for our property. They were neat, prompt, personable and did a superior job. My wife and I commend Robert and his crew and most highly recommend his service to anyone in need of siding or a roof.

Matthew wasn't able to say for certain where the water was coming in since it had stopped raining, but agreed to come back the next morning and with a hose try and locate the leak. Turns out the previous roofing company had skipped a step in the insulation process (the roof is only a few years old). Not only did Matthew identify the problem and explain to my wife and I exactly how it needed to be resolved, he didn't charge us anything! We told him that we'd be contacting the other roofing company that had done the installation, and he said if we had any more questions to give him a call. Polite, professional, and the fact that he came out twice and didn't charge us anything because he didn't do any work speaks volumes of Matthew and Guardian's integrity. If you think you might have a roofing problem, I highly recommend these guys!

It’s been about 6 months now since we had our new roof installed and we couldn’t be any happier with our decision to have used Guardian Home Improvements as our contractor. From our very first meeting with company owner Robert Frehafer, we felt a sense of confidence, as he patiently shared his expertise with us concerning all the steps that would be involved in the process and also explained the pros and cons of new roofing products available. Robert also made himself available to deal with our insurance company directly, which really made the process move a lot quicker and a whole lot easier for us. Like clockwork and as had been promised, the day before installation, a dumpster was carefully delivered and set up on our driveway (with wood posts underneath so no damage to the driveway would occur). The following day, the Guardian work crew (under the direction of Robert’s father, Jack) arrived bright and early and within minutes had set up chutes around the house, which protected the house and ALL the landscaping, as workers on top of the house removed the old roof tiles (down to the plywood), and sent them down. We were truly impressed with the way each member of the work crew understood exactly where to go, what to do, and clearly knew precisely how to do their job! To this day we are still impressed that at the end of ONE day we had a beautiful new roof, no mess on our property, and not ONE stray piece of debris or nail anywhere. (Guardian has some special magnetic device that they use to go over the property which picks up any stray nails.) Not only is our new roof a beautiful addition to our home’s curb appeal, but it continues to hold up well to the strong gusty winds, some torrential rains and the more recent snowstorms that we have experienced quite a few times in these past 6 months here in Bucks County, PA. I highly recommend Guardian Home Improvements to my fellow Angie’s Listers, as a contractor who is knowledgeable, professional, hard working, and an absolute pleasure to deal with! On a final note, I also wanted to share that Guardian Home Improvements has done work on many homes in our neighborhood and EVERY neighbor I’ve spoken to who has used this company has had the same EXCELLENT experience that we did!!

We got a quote from our insurance company, which I figured I didn't want to show the roofer, as I figured my new roof would suddenly cost that much. But the insurance company wants you to spend that money to prevent further issues, and Guardian offers the best service and product. They were punctual, and in and out in 8 hours and did a fantastic job. Love the roof. Even caulked a few windows for me.

Bobby is very professional and provided me with the estimates that I needed to bid on the home. While he knew that I may not purchase the home, he built a world of good will with me and I'm appreciative for professionals like Bobby. He exudes honesty and integrity!
