I was happy to get an estimate within 48 hours of my call and was aware that most houses would be cleaned within 14 days of acceptance of estimate, which it was. I received an email 48 hours of cleaning. Eclipse showed up on the agreed date and did the work they promised. The stains on the roof turned white at first and was told they would disappear after a couple good rains, which is what occurred. The roof / house looks so much better. We did have some tough stains on gutters that did not come off with power wash. Eclipse mentioned they do not do any hand scrubbing. All and all, I was very pleased with Eclipse and the results.

They came out within a few days to give an estimate. Great. Estimate was professional. Offer included a 1 year warranty. Work done within two (2) weeks of signing the estimate. Provided insurance. Work restored my roof's appearance. There was one spot where some of the old residue still shows - where the lower garage roof meets the rest of the house. Some of the cleaning residue remains on my bay window. I'll try to clean it this weekend. Those were the only things that I wasn't 100% happy with.

Provider arrived on time. Work was completed as expected in the expected amount. When work was complete the associate explained the work to me which was helpful. Roof did not look clean but it was explained that it would look clean after a couple rain showers. We have now had plenty of rain to tell that this roof does look much cleaner. Would use again in the future if similar work was needed.

Joe did an outstanding job from beginning to end. He promptly responded to my online inquiry, explained the cleaning processes he uses and emailed me an estimate immediately, using Google Earth to view our roof structures. I was able to reply by email and he set up a date that was convenient and quick. He arrived exactly on time and we were able to discuss the other things that we wanted cleaned. He did not try to up sell us, and gave his honest opinion regarding the cleaning of other exterior surfaces. The roof cleaning has a 3 year warranty. Roof looks great, chimney stucco looks like new and our 20+ year old brick sidewalk looks outstanding!

I think it helped, but plan to do that myself next time.

I purchases the special offered through Angie's List and was having difficulty scheduling the work. But since the outside of the house was being cleaned, I didn't have to be there, which worked out great for me. Came home to a clean house. Success!

It went very well. The young guys were prompt, professional and friendly.

The first date of the appointment, I waited 3 hours and no one showed up. I called and left a message. Fifteen minutes after the time window I got a call saying they were on their way over. I said not to come, so we rescheduled for the next day. The next day they were on time, were nice to work with, and did a good job.

Joe was very informative and patient with me and all my questions. (I never had a deck before), he provided timely responses to my questions. Joe and his team showed up at the house on time and on schedule and did very good work. I would recommend Joe and his company to anyone who needs these services and I will be contacting Joe in the future as the need arises.

Couldn't have been better. Joe C. was polite, punctual, and a hard worker. He clearly cared about the quality of the work, and made sure that the job was done correctly regardless of the time required. I am impressed with the company's capabilities, and Joe is a great representative. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

They came to the door when they got here and introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do, set up their equipment and proceeded to clean the roof. When they finished they cleaned up then came to the door and explained everything. They were professional and did everthing they said they would.

The overall work was excellent. When needed, Joe offered recommendations, did the work when asked, and was totally professional.
