These guys were great. No hardcore sales pitch. Mike came out twice sampled the windows and explained the process. Professional installers were courteous, and clean. More important, knew their craft. Put all window treatments back in place. Later on, we did have an issue with one window (not quality) and the owner came out personally to remedy the fix.

Very happy with the 13 windows I had replaced. Everyone was easy to work with and the installers were happy to help with any prep needed. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with this company. Felt pricing was very fair, and unlike other contractors, were not pushy at all. We have close to 35 windows in our home, and split up the installations into 3 separate times. Installers were great! And we love our new windows!

Great. Earth Smart was professional all around. They explained their pricing. They were accurate about lead times. They showed up when they said they would. Their installers were professional, clean and friendly. The windows look great and perform better than expected: We didn’t realize how loud our street was until after the noise was reduced with the new windows and we saw an immediate drop in our heating usage. Our neighbors were asking for Earth Smart’s number at the end of the job, we would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience from initial appointment through job completion. No pressure sales tactic, they actually leave without showing you a quote and email it to you later that day. Price was reasonable and fair. Communication about the job couldn’t have been better. Windows themselves are great and the install was executed to perfection. Install crew did a great job and even did a few things out of scope (at no add’l cost) to make sure we were happy. Do yourself a favor and call earthsmart; I’m referring my in laws to them and will call them for future projects.

This job surpassed our expectations. It was accomplished with professionalism and expertise! In less than a week, kitchen cabinets were refaced and an additional matching pantry was designed to increase storage and enhance the character of the kitchen. We were amazed at the talents of our installer and builder, (Chris). He exceeded all our expectations and gave our kitchen cabinets a new life! It was great to have a company that takes so much pride in their endeavors.

From initial consult to the finish, everything has been top quality. The sales representative was professional, no high pressure sales, knowledgeable, and came across as believable and honest. The installation and material is of great quality, and the finished product is fabulous. EartSmart is a local family owned business, and the representative was available and in contact with me throughout the process. Just a top of the line company! I will definitely use them for doors and windows in the near future.

Great company. Joe the owner came out right away and gave me a fair price. He was not in my home for two hours giving me a long spiel and a hard sell like some other companies did. This I appreciated very much. They gave me a timeline of 6 to 8 weeks and 6 weeks later they arrived at my home and got the job done in one day. Valdi and his crew did a great job, the windows look beautiful and they cleaned and took away all debris. I am very happy that I chose this company.

They installed the wrong window. The middle window was supposed to have etching and we notified them. When they came back 2 months later, the window they brought to replace, had the wrong etching. When they came to our home for our initial consultation, the salesperson was very heavy handed.

The installation was perfect! Their team is very efficient and nice. You know they are pros. It was a good deal and if you don't mind waiting 8 weeks, it's so much better than other big box or companies.

Purchased a home last November and had about half of our windows replaced during the first go round (currently having Earth smart replace four more windows). The service was top notch from the start with a friendly and informative salesman who displayed a variety of products. The installer was punctual and professional when coming out for the initial measurements and then again to do the installation. After a couple of month the windows have held up great and we decided to replace the rest. Great experience all around and we are already coming back for more.

Coming up on 2 years since the installation. All windows and doors are working great, no air leaks. no issues with the product. Summer air conditioning bill for the last 2 years has been reduced by 70%. Joe came out and personally made the sale, taking all the measurements. He and his team arranged the financing. His installers were prompt, courteous and clean. 20 (26 individual windows plus door) openings in a day and a half.
