Had a broken sliding exterior glass door that needed replacing. A rock shattered the outside pane and the entire thing needed replacing. Mike came to the house and provided a free estimate along with a recommendation for the best replacement options. We scheduled an installation date and the work was completed in the morning. The installers removed the old doors and put the new ones in place without any major issues. I had just replaced the carpeting and they were careful to protect the flooring and clean up everything after. Now the walk out basement doors never looked better. I'm very pleased and happy with the service.

Prompt, polite, perfect

Mike and his installation crew were friendly. From our first appointment with Mike, we felt like a priority. He listened to our concerns and gave us suggestions of the best fits for our project. After the job was done, we recieved many compliments on our new projection window. Our new windows not look great but are functional. Some of the best parts about them is that they are maintenance free. Installation was professional, hassle-free and clean.

Their rep Mike was very informative. He was prompt, courteous, and gave me all the information in detail that I needed to complete the project.

We hired Joe and Earth Smart Remodeling after recommendation from our neighbor to replace our patio sliding door onto our deck. Joe came over within 2 days of contacting him and gave us an estimate which was within range of other estimates we obtained. We decided to go with Earth Smart and glad we did. Door came within 6 weeks and installers came next day. The two installers set up protective cloths on kitchen floor and deck. They proceeded to remove old door and replaced new door within about 3 hours. I was impressed at the fact that they removed and vacuuumed all debris and cleaned up every area. We were shown operation of new door and checked it over before they left. Very happy with install and quality of door. I definitely would recommend Joe and Earth Smart for Quality work. Our next project is windows and Earth Smart is top on the list.

Installers were wonderful, did a great job, polite, on time, cleaned up rooms nicely.

It took 6 scheduled visits over 3 moths Visit 1 install crew who said the normal work for window nation, but we are doing this as a side job said the windows were measured wrong and left. Then regular installer came and measured again and said 1st crew was being lazy. It seems the other company leaves original frame in place and my windows were measured for the original frames to be cut out. I do think that is the right way to do it. So a week or so later they installed 3 windows on Monday and were scheduled to return Wednesday. Then Tuesday night got a call saying they cannot make it, but would be back Saturday 8am. So Saturday morning we got up at 7:30 removed all the blinds and the no showed. Then then came the following week and took 3 more days to finish the other 11 windows, except glass cracked on one, so new sash had to be order for that one. I was told it would be 3 weeks. 6 week later got a call saying they we be here in an hour with the 2 replacement sashes. I was on a work call when he arrived. My wife and their employee the one who does the measurements but not the installer, we are struggling to determine why 2 new sashes were ordered when only 1 had a crack glass. Then they determined the replacement must have been measured wrong because it did not fit. I had to leave my work call to come down and see that 1 of the sashes did not have the prairie style between the glass framing so clearly was part of another order and that was the one that did not fit. The one that matched fit fine. Not sure how the window professional missed that. Also I did not receive paperwork with energy star info that I would think should have come with the windows, so not sure if I got what I payed for. So 2 stars is probably generous, but they did complete the work.

Fantastic from start to finish! Love the Sunrise Windows product lineâ s modern design with wider window view and easy to clean. Everyone on our project was knowledgeable, very hardworking and friendly. Highly Recommend!!

I am thrilled with our new windows from Earth Smart, and will be hiring them again to replace the rest of our windows! The installer are wonderful -- attending to every detail -- and the windows are beautiful! The owners provide top notch customer service and are very nice to work with!

The people who work at Earth Smart Remodel did an excellent job on replacing our windows. Joe peresented us with all the options we needed and Valdi and Conrad did a magnificent job installing the windows. I would highly recommend (and already have to a few neighbors) the service these folks can provide A+++ all the way around. Don't use anyone else. Trust me.

Beautiful windows and sliding patio doors. Everything was perfect from start to finish. COVID caused some delays but well worth the wait. Love my blinds in sliders.

There was a bit of slow down with the windows coming in, but it proceeded smoothly after that. This gentleman quoted a very competitive price, was able to address all of my concerns in a timely manner.
