From the very beginning of the project I was extremely impressed by everyone I dealt with at EarthSmart. After 30 years I finally have the kitchen I've always wanted. The workmanship is extraordinary and the installers were professional and experienced, in addition to being very likable. I would definitely use EarthSmart for any future home improvements.

Mike was wonderful with calling me and checking in to see when I was ready to have my windows quoted - then his Dad Joe came out to measure and Joe was just a GEM! We simply fell in love with him...his customer service was simply amazing, his price was perfect and for what we needed and our budget it was perfect. We had a small issue and Joe sent his guy immediately to come out and remedy it! I have never seen customer service like this in some time....BRAVO!!! Highly Recommend!!!

On time every day plus they did not damage our brand new wood floors. They had a plan weeks before the windows arrived.joe the owner was on sight to check on the progress daily to make sure we were happy with the look of the windows and the installion. The glass they use in these windows are so clear it's like looking at a picture from the inside of your house to the outside.we highly recommend this company and these windows.

After meeting several window contractors that were what i would call "legends in their own minds" , Earth smart associates provided the best options right from the start. Windows are well constructed and offer finance options as well. The installation went smooth and the installers are highly skilled, knowledgeable, respectful of your personal possession. When the job was finished the only residue of them being in my house was the newly installed windows.. Can't boast enough about this company and its staff.. I will use them again!!.

Dealing with Earth Smart was a pleasure from start to finish. It was a very easy sales meeting, no high pressure at all. The Sunrise product was excellent, and the price to replace all windows in the house, as well as a sliding door, was great. The install went very smoothly, and we love our new windows and door. Friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and honest!

Everyone I had contact with was professional, and VERY nice. The sales man that I spoke to first made sure I was totally comfortable with the windows, and understood every thing that needed to be done to install them. The gentleman that came to install even brought my household trash to the curb for me wile I was moving my car !They where very respectful of my property and watch carefully that any of my 5 cats did not escape through open doors and windows wile they worked. The cost was better than I had expected allowing me to replace a larger window that I thought was going to have to wait .

Excellent attention to detail. Fair price, showed up on time, actually even early. Great communication. Put tremendous emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. This is a family run business that takes pride in their work and reputation.

The presentation from the owner was first class. Not only did Joe provide materials to back up his claim about the window properties but he provided video testimonials. This was huge as a prospect looking to find the right company to provide new windows for us. I reached out to 3 window companies. The first never showed. The second sales person was new but gave him the benefit of a doubt. I told him I was getting 3 bids meaning I wanted his best price. As he was leaving he said he would match and beat other bids by 20%. His presentation and proposal were awful. Joe and EarthSmart are great.

Friendly, family run company. They worked with us even though we had to stop going forward a couple of times. And they always came in with the same quote. They were very helpful with the financing and working out all the details.

We purchased windows, siding and gutters. Although the overall price was very competitive the product and work was of high quality. I would defiantly recommend Joe and his company.

It was all about the sale up til they had the money and then things started to change. The two week notice they promised to give me for the installation turned into one day! They called at night and wanted to come out the next day. I caught them on what was gooing to be some shabby work and now when I want to talk to the salesman I get the father who is less than helpful.

Salesman was very professional, yet friendly.....Installer did an excellent job and very professional.

Earth Smart did an exceptional job on our project and we were very pleased with the work. Joe is an extremely knowledgeable person regarding window replacement and gave us confidence in their firm in the selling process. They completed the job 2 weeks in advance of the initial quote date and his team completed the work of replacing 11 windows in just one day. While a tad more expensive than other firms we talked to, they were worth every additional penny for their professional approach. I would hire them again and plan to do so within the next year for a sunroom.

I would definitely recommend Earth Smart Remodeling for replacement windows. I recently had 14 Sunrise windows installed by Joe's team in my 110+ year old home. The windows look and work great, the installation went well in spite of the challenges posed by the deteriorating and crooked window frames of an old house, clean up was satisfactory, customer service was good and the price was fair.

They took the time to make sure what we wanted was what we got. Installation was done well. Installers did a good job of adjusting to problems in structure of our house not being "square".
