We didn't know what refacing was when we started this project but learned a great deal from Mike and Chris.We received a beautiful custom kitchen from this company. The installer, Chris Heidelmark, was meticulous, reliable and an expert in refacing. He added personal touches that we wanted and suggested some of his own improvements. We have received many complements on the finished product. Mike was very nice to deal with and explained all the various options that were available from Earthsmart. And Chris executed the plan to perfection. Chris was perfect guest in our house and we can't thank him enough for the hard work that he did. We highly recommend this company for refacing.

Very reliable business. The windows are very nice and the workers very respectable.

The window itself has a very bulky handle. If they would have brought a demo(like other companies), I would have known ahead of time. They also promised new moulding, but left the old instead. Then promised to fix it and never did.

Very professional. The owner Joe visited our house twice while the install was happening. Excellent installers. Cleaned up after themselves and the windows are terrific.

My husband and I received 3 estimates for kitchen cabinet refacing and renovation. Mike was wonderful to deal with and we felt his estimate was fair considering the scope of the project. Moreover, he understood our vision of exactly how we wanted our kitchen to look. He stayed in touch via email to keep us informed of where we were in the process, when the project would begin and answer any questions I had promptly. Once the project began, we were thrilled with Chris, the contractor. He is a consumate professional and his work product is top notch. We are nearing completion of the project and couldn’t be happier.

We had an excellent experience with EarthSmart. We got 3 estimates for our windows, and we selected EarthSmart based on the mix of pricing, high quality products and the personal interaction with the owner. The installation crew was top notch, did an excellent job and cleaned up -- inside and out. We did an energy audit after the installation and all of the windows were installed properly, and had no drafts or hot spots.

first rate installers. windows are beautiful inside and out. such an up-grade from old ones. most expensive company we interviewed, but worth the money. owner came by ands very attentive to all concerns.

Very professional, the owner came to house the first day to say hello and see how everything was going. The crew was quiet, clean and nice. Our house is 150 years old so it is a pleasure to open the windows easily and they look great.
