Excellent salesmanship - thoroughly explained all features and bebefits after really LISTENING to our needs and wants and budget. Definitely a pleasurable experience working with Mike Storione. Follow up technician who came to measure was very pleasant and exacting. Weare really looking forward to our new windows and have every confidence that a very professional installation willtake place.

Overall not a very good experience at all. Very ameture. Failed numerous inspections and did all the project leader work myself. Did not even begin work for 3 months when i was told it would most likely be a week or two and that they needed that first pmt. of + 4,000$ after they had already got 2,000$ from me for signing the contract to start.... 3 months later. And just incase i read that the wrong way it still took an additional 3 and a half weeks to finish. almost four months on a job they said would take a couple of weeks! Dont waste your time or money on this company.

A very awful experience. I ordered basement windows 10/09/08 and did not have them installed until 1/17/09. Total lack of communication and concern on company's behalf. Price was not good especially for what I had installed. Could and should have been done much cheaper. Windows are hard to open and the "finish" job inside is pretty bad. They did do a pretty good job on the outside. Overall bad experience and would not recommend this company. Also cashed my deposit check and claimed they did not. Was also told that they might cut me a break for my troubles which after the install the denied. Bad!!!

Installers were friendly & courteous and did an excellent job getting my 17 windows done. They are looking very good and I am very pleased with the results. This company has been a pleasure to deal with & I would recommend them highly.

Reasonably priced, quality windows. It takes a week or so for the windows to come in. They installed 7 windows in a day. Job was clean. No problems. Needed a mason to cut a window into an exterior brick wall. Was a quality referral.

We hired Thermashield to finish our basement. They came out to look at our house and quoted us a price which included a dry-bar and laminate flooring. After deciding not to get the dry-bar, Thermashield quoted us a lower price than initially factored into the contract. It is very difficult to contact project manager and person who came to our house initially. The workmanship for the work done was good. I would not recommend Thermashield to anyone because they did not give us our money back for the dry-bar allowance. They also quoted us a price for the laminate floors that was much less than what it actually cost.

THERMAL SHIELD HAS BEEN VERY CO-OPERATIVE WITH ME IN EVERY ASPECT. THEY HAVE A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AND I CAN NOT COMPLIMENT MY LEADER MIKE G. ENOUGH. HE IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS I MIGHT HAVE WITH THIS PROCESS. I CAN'T COMPLIMENT HIM ENOUGH. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR COOPERATION AND HELP WITH THIS VERY COMPLEX PROCESS....
