We are happy with the end product. He did a good job installing the organizers. He was on time for our appointment.

The quotes we got had slight differences from what we specified on our drawings. The final proposal had a difference that I did not notice and I needed to make a modification after it was installed. The work was performed on time and on budget - no surprises. The quality of the product is quite good, especially considering the price. After the installation was complete I noticed some gaps that made it look unfinished. I was able to finish it by installing a couple pieces of trim.

Our first appt with Aaron was on 8/17 where we walked him through each closet we wanted to have customized. He took measurements of each closet and asked what we were looking to have in each closet and/or the use of each closet. Once that was done, he pulled out his laptop and immediately starting designing each closet for us, getting our input on drawers, shelves, baskets, etc. I was really impressed how well organized and productive he was while he was here on his first visit. He had lots of ideas and options for each closet and made the designing a teaming activity. When all the designing was done he provided us with an estimate and that evening also provided a proposal in email with all the closets designs. We hired him immediately. He returned the following Monday and removed all the existing closet fixtures so we could paint and ready the walls. By Friday he arrived with 2 helpers and had all 7 closets done by the end of the day. I spent the weekend filling the closets and noticed that 2 of the closets were missing some shelves. I emailed Aaron on Sunday mid day and received a phone call from his within 5 minutes indicating he would have the shelves ordered and be back out to install them as soon as possible. Unfortunately this was at the time of Hurricane Irene, so there was a delay in getting the shelves, however, Aaron was great in keeping us posted of the shipment and when he could return to complete the work. I am extremely pleased with Aaron's work and have recommended him to several people, including my parents. I came from a home that had custom closets, but being involved in the design of my own personal ones, with Aaron was fantastic. I think the best thing was that I wasn't overwhelmed with options - he clued in immediately to what we wanted and went right to work. He is definitely someone that I will continue to recommend to friends and family.
