Josh is reliable and knowledgeable heating/ air conditioning technician. He was very responsive (we have a 22 month old in the house) to our heater failure on a very cold day (with colder air to come). Josh promptly responded to our telephone message saying he thought he could fix the problem with parts on hand. He arrived later in the day (as stated) and stayed through dinner to resolve our problem. He called later that night to assure we still had heat. He has since responded to my questions about an affordable heater replacement with no pressure to act immediately unless new problems arise. Josh was on time, in fact a few minutes early. He got started right away. When finished, he showed the unit to us and explained how to use it.

Josh got back to me right away and installed the unit within a week. He was professional and cleaned up after performing the work. I would use his service again.

Josh arrived on time and when he took a look at our gas furnace, he said it could not handle a system wide humidifier for three reasons: our duct work had the wrong angle adjacent to the furnace, our duct work was made of fiber board and could not accommodate the constant humidity without creating a potential mold hazard, and there was no room for the humidifier. Such honesty and service is rare. And he did not make a penny. BTW: He also said if the promotional humidifier was not appropriate but another one was, we could receive a credit if we had purchased the promotion and we could use the credit toward a humidifier that would better serve us.

Called up in the evening because my gas furnace was short cycling. Got in touch immediately and they came out the next day, even offered to come out the very next morning. Fast and quick repair; very responsive. Would use again.

I told them my furnace was in my very well insulated attic, and then they told me they couldn’t do it.

They arrived on time. Completed the job in a timely manner. Cleaned the area where they worked. The job was completed as per the written estimate no additional charges.

I called Cindel heating and requested an estimate for replacing my gas furnace. He scheduled an appointment for a few days after the call and arrived as planned. The estimate was 25% less than the next lowest estimate that I'd received and 50% less than the highest estimate. He explained that some of the technology in place was obsolete and needed to be brought up to present-day safety standards. He scheduled a time for the work within one week of my hiring him. On the day, he arrived on time with another worker and they completed the work by early afternoon. A sub-contractor then arrived and a crew removed the old furnace and tank from the basement. Josh instructed me on programming the new thermostat. He also bled the radiators throughout the house. I've had the heat on the past two days. The furnace works, and the thermostat regulates the heat as planned.

It turned out very well. I’ve been using them for 20 years. They come as soon as the can. They come very quickly.

Brought the big deal for a new furnace. Found out that I had a boiler and the Cindel is assisting me about getting a refund.

They install a new heater in my house. He said he would be at my house by 9:00 am. He was there 8:55 am. When he was done the area was cleaner than when he started.

Josh the owner of cindel, is very courtous and professional, arrives on time and does whatever is needed to keep my heater and A/C in good working order.

Contacted 8-10 contractors for a new heater and A/C system. Only about half got back to me. And less than that gave me a quote. Josh at Cindel showed up to look at my system. I told him what I wanted. He gave me his opinion on what to do. Which was different than I was thinking and cheaper. He looked at my system and took measurements. No other contractor did that. He gave me a verbal quote. I asked for a written quote which he sent via email a few days later. He was the only contractor who told me about rebates from PECO and Bryant. He also did all the paper work for the rebates. He was cheaper than everyone else for the same system. We set up a day to install the unit. He came on time at 8 AM. By 1 PM that day the system was installed and working. He gave me an overview of the thermostat and how it works. He cleaned up and nothing was damaged. It was a professional installation. I haven`t had a problem in 2 months with the system. My 2 neighbors also used him for A/C systems. And they have no complaints. Josh did an above average job. Really don`t have anything to complain about. I can find fault in the other contractors I contacted. But not Cindel. I will use him for the maintenance on my system.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Josh was very honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He changed my filters and cleaned the unit. He also changed my thermostat and showed me how to program it to allow my AC to operate most efficiently. I would feel very comfortable to have josh service my Hvac system again, and I would feel completely confident in his work and his ethics. He was on time and very responsive, and is very knowledgeable.

Had a heater problem with it not coming on and Josh was there as quickly as he could.

Just getting estimates at this time. Josh Cindel stopped at my house exactly at the time he said he'd be there. Estimate seemed fair but will know better after I get a few more.

They actually responded when we called them, unlike some of the other companies we tried to contact. The owner himself came to our home to check things out and give us a proposal. He was down to earth and honest with everything. We are very happy with them, and we have had no problems with their work. We would recommend them.
