Only wanted to replace entire unit and didn't give an estimate for repair. Wouldn't talk to me without speaking to my husband as well.

I am very happy with the entire process. Josh was timely to respond for scheduling, answered all of my questions and was prompt with his arrival. They took great care getting the new water heater into place, and the old one out of the house. They were meticulous in cleaning up after the job, and the new water heater has been working great for a couple of weeks now. Absolutely no complaints here.

Perfect! Josh the owner was great. He came out and gave me an estimate immediately.. The unit was installed fast and the old stuff was taken away fast. I was given a great price as well. Highly recommend them.

I got several quotes and in the end Josh provide not only the best price but the from my research the best most efficient system. He was available to answer my questions either over the phone or by test message even before I made my decision, so I felt very comfortable with hiring him to do this work. They hauled away all the old equipment and made sure the clean up after themselves. I purchased a Nest smart thermostat (not included in the cost), but Josh installed it as part of the job. Overall Josh is very easy to work with, reachable (phone or text), and reliable. You should feel confident that your job will get done right.

At first, we thought we just needed service for a loud noise the unit was making. Josh responded immediately, was very honest about what the problem was, and was in no hurry to sell me anything, saying that we might get the summer out of the unit. However, the unit "died" and we ordered a new one for installation, in the middle of the hottest week of the summer. Again, Josh responded quickly and the installation was completed promptly. We had a glitch with the new panel, and a new one was replaced quickly. Great customer service and professionalism. Would hire again and would recommend!

We had both a new furnace and air unit replaced and was done in less than a day. The service provided was excellent and Josh was easy to work with from the very beginning. He was very reliable and I never worried about the work being done correctly or in a timely manner. It has been a few weeks since the installation and all is working great. I also feel confident that if I did ever have any issues with the units that were installed they would be handled immediately and without hassle. I would recommend Cindel to anyone looking for HVAC services as my experience was excellent.

I was extremely satisfied with the work that Cindel Heating and Cooling performed. Josh was very responsive to my calls, and voice mails. He also called the day of the scheduled installation to ask if the appointment could be moved to an earlier time. This was fine, so we agreed and he arrived within the agreed upon time frame. As to the professionalism of Josh and his assistant, they were very pleasant and went about their work in a workman like manner. The work was completed quickly, and the appearance of the installation is very professional looking. They also swept up after. I will definitely contact them for future work as the need arises. I can't say enough good things about Josh and his company, Cindel Heating! Our natural gas furnace stopped "blowing" any heat - the pilot was burning, the unit was clearly working, just no heat coming out upstairs. I left Josh a message on a Sunday afternoon, he called me back within the hour and set up an appt for Tuesday morning. On Monday, he called to confirm and asked me to please text him a photo of the heater so that he could come prepared with parts he thought might be needed based on the problem I described. Josh texted me on the morning of the appt to let me know his arrival time and he was here right on time. Came it, did a quick inspection and found the problem immediately. Josh didn't feel that the heater needed any new parts, he just fixed something that had come loose. At my request, he also changed the upstairs thermostat which had stopped working (we were manually turning the heater on and off) and he also changed the heating filter - both of which he had on his truck. Less than 48 hours from initial call to job completion, no attempt to "up sell" on parts/services I didn't need, and offered helpful advice about having the chimney inspected. I felt his cost was very, very reasonable, too. I am 100% satisfied and will call Josh for ALL future heating (and eventually cooling) needs. Job well done!!!

I chose Cindel Heating and Cooling after getting estimates from several other local companies. I also did my research on Angie's List, Consumer Report and on the web. After examining all the different unit manufacturers and prices, I concluded that Josh from Cindel gave me the best price for the most efficient units. Josh was punctual, thorough, professional and answered all my questions I threw at him in person and on-line. Being pet friendly was a plus for me to since I have 2 large dogs who only wanted to play with him. I know it's only been 4 days since I installed the units but I am confident in the workmanship and reliability of the product's I bought. I would highly recommend Cindel Heating and Cooling.

Their price was reasonable, I checked some other contractors. Josh, the owner of Cindel was very knowledgeable, and he did a great job. They were on time, and came on the day they promised. They take pride in their work, and it shows. I would hire them again, and recommend them to my friends and family. They cleaned up afterward, and had the old units and scrap hauled away.

Josh answers his phone and came out right away as he was nearby. He gave me a verbal estimate which I judged to be reasonable as I had had previous estimates. He seemed quite knowledgeable and told me he has a lot of experience with my type of home. I accepted his word and told him to go ahead to order them, but I would have liked a written estimate. He advised me of when he would be coming and came that day. The old heater was removed and taken away by his arrangement the same day. He and his assistant installed the new heater and central air conditioner and a new thermostat in several hours. They were all tested out. Everything went well and was done professionally. I would use this company again.

our last visit was a misunderstanding of what services were ordered; however when my A/C until wasn't working on a Sunday it was looked at and fixed within 1.5 hours of calling at a reasonable rate.

My husband was home, not me, but he said he was very nice and helpful. I liked the responsiveness, which is the number one biggest headache with contractors. It was nice to have peace of mind that our old-ish air conditioner is okay for the moment. He did suggest we should get a new and more efficient one. I'll wait till this one breaks, though, thanks. For $29 I don't know what I expected, so I don't think I would get this deal again. Next time I'd go for an actual tune-up. But I would use Cindel again.
