Description of Work: Appt was made three weeks ago. The night before service was expected at approx 9 pm I was sent a message through Angie's list. I did not receive this message until I received a call from the company an hour prior to my scheduled service that they couldn't come out due to the rain. I was asked to reschedule but I was on vacation this week and cant reschedule for next week. Asked to be refunded my money for the service.

Description of Work: Josh Borman of Cindel was at my Condo two times. He completed the job in a timely manor, a little faster than i expected. At the time of his payment there was a misunderstanding about the amount of his Labor payment. The issue was resolved 5 days ago to both our satisfaction. The Unit works fine now with the heater inducer motor working like its supposed to. Josh is a skillful technician. The parts were under warranty and he helped make sure i didn't have to pay for the parts, which i was very pleased with. Im happy with the results.

Description of Work: Called Josh on a Sunday evening...he picked up. I live too far for him to help me out, but he took the time to talk to me anyway. He gave me some tips on what to look for, what to spend, etc. Seems like a good guy that I would recommend.
