Have you seen the commercial on morning TV showing a child throwing plastic toy figures - super heroes - down a toilet and flushing with glee. Horrific - based on the commercial I would never hire them. The commercial is irresponsible - showing children how to misbehave to benefit their business.

Absolutely a ripoff, do not use, tech James showed up with breath that reeked of cigarette and alcohol, spent 30 minutes and instead of fixing the problem wrote me an estimate for $3000 in repairs and called the sales department to sell me a new unit because mine was too old. Had a different person look at it and it was running in less than 5 minutes. Called the service manager Kevin and the coward ducked my calls three times. If I could leave no stars I would, complete fraudulent service and thieves robbing seniors. Stay away.

4/29/23 Christian tech checks our our home AC. He notes the cooling coils are rusty, a source of coolant leak, and the system, at 14 years age, is near it's end of life. He also noted some mold in the blower blades, which isn't easily seen. He put pressure gauges on the system at outside valves and reported coolant pressure was good. System was test run successfully. He sold us a 1 year maintenance agreement. 6/2/23 outside temp reaches 93 deg. We turned on the AC and only warm air came out. Outside compressor WOULD NOT RUN. We had Christian rep come out. He said all coolant had leaked out. He offered a leak test with dye for $510, or replace the "rusted" coil for at least $3681. We declined. A Christian salesman later quoted a full system replacement. We had another AC company investigate. He found the outside valves HAND TIGHT ONLY, which would allow coolant leak. We had him pressure test with nitrogen over a 4 day weekend, which he charged ONLY a $149 service call. Starting psi over 300. Psi after 4 days over 300 psi. We had him recharge the system. He noted that coils are rusty within 6 months from new. We then had him recharge the system. Total costs with labor & visits both companies $1,595. 7/11/23 Date writing this review. AC working well, same electric power usage for air temps as prior years. Christian seems more interested in selling new systems. Giving benefit of doubt, their 4/29 "technician" was incompetent.

Unit was fine before they came out. After the cleaning, the outdoor unit was very noticeably loud. First guy who came said he was stumped but the noise stopped for a few hours. Second guy came out and said it was too dark to work on it and I should get a call the next day. Never did

They came out and said that the unit would cost over $1,000 to be fixed and that I needed a new system. They even went as far as to say my system was broken after trying to hard wire it and that their sales team would call with pricing on a completely new syste. I called another company to get a quote on a new system to compare to theirs and they were able to fix my heat pump for under $400. This company is deceptive and tried to take advantage of me and my family during a heat wave. I am hoping that my review will help protect other people against their business.

I have used them for two different jobs and they were excellent both times. They have serviced my system several times as well. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

In good faith, I signed up for their Advantage plan at the time I made the call for service for a broken AC. I relied on their expertise and guidance to decide a course of action. After paying almost $500 for "repairs" the system worked for about 12 hours. A person showed up to provide an estimate for a new system and stepped into my home without offering to put on a mask. (He also choose to immediately address me informally with a nickname) He then proceeded to tell me that new coils were not an option because I did not have enough clearance so I would need a whole new system. (2 other companies have both confirmed this is not accurate) Their estimate came in over $2,000 more than the 2 other companies. When I called to cancel my Advantage plan, discuss the estimate and share my bad experience, this "Christian" organization said they would have to deduct an additional $99 from my refund for the "discounted" services I received. While they may be technically "right" by the wording on their contract, in principle, they should have made an exception. If they had, I was willing to still consider them. Instead, I am tearing up their bid, deleting their contact from my phone and making sure when I am asked I share my HORRIBLE experience with this "Christian" organization. They should be ashamed.

They do a great job. Highly recommend them. Neat as a pin.

Just a strong word of warning to anyone considering using Christian Heating & Air Conditioning. Do not let their name fool you, as they are one of the most deceitful companies I have done business with in Bucks County. I have been a customer for over 12 years, and trusted them to have a replacement heat pump installed by them. Shortly after the installation, I received a letter from the company informing me that the installation technician was a convicted felon and that I should not let him back into my home. I was surprised that they did not do any background checks on their new employees, but gave them the benefit of the doubt, and called them again last month to repair a low voltage wiring short that blew the control fuse, leaving me with no heat when temperatures outside were in single digits after the New Year. The technician arrived and replaced the 25-cent fuse, but was unable to locate the wire short causing the fuse to blow. I was charged $275. but 13 minutes after he left, not surprisingly the fuse blew and again I was without any heat. I immediately called back the dispatcher and was told I would get a call right back. After waiting 45 minutes, I again called the dispatcher who said, "Really? You never received a call back? I will try again." Shortly thereafter, I received a call from a manager who told me it was too cold to come back out that evening, and I would need to schedule a return call in the morning. I guess it wasn't too cold for me to be without heat. Almost 24 hours after the original call, the same technician returned the next night and apologized for not properly diagnosing the low voltage short the previous day, and quickly found a rub-through on the insulation of a small wire in the outdoor unit. I was charged an additional $284, a total of $559. for a 25-cent fuse and some tape wrapped around the wire that wore through the insulation due to vibration from the original faulty installation. When I discussed with the technician regarding the previous day's payment to " diagnose and repair a low-voltage short," I was told he was just doing as instructed and I would need to speak with Bruce the following morning. When I called the office, I was put on hold and asked questions several times by the receptionist, but Bruce would not get on the phone with me. I was told that he would "look into it and get back to me." Needless to say, after many weeks I am still waiting for that return call. If this is how loyal, long-term customers are treated by Christian Heating & Air Conditioning, I think the term "Customer Service" is no longer present in this company's priorities, and has been replaced by their dishonest business practices.

Professional all the way. Good design. Excellent Mitsubishi products. Installation team was polite and effective. Only took day and a half, just like they said it would. Also offered 0% financing offer could not be beat. System required a few minor tweaks. They came out immediately at no cost. Very happy with the experience and new A/C.

I have an service agreement. They will come in the start of the year for my heating. I like the guys who come. I don't quite have the same guys, but they are all very nice.

Sometimes they are a little more pricey than others but their services are Excellence. They follow through is excellent and their workers are really well trained in how to come in someones house and how to to interact with clients. They have a good warranty and service arrangements. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

On the price, I don't, but it was also reasonable. They had also installed a water heater like a year before, reasonable. For sure they're a good service provider, any issues I have with the HVAC or my water system, I'll go to them. They clean up behind themselves; I don't have to do much.

Everything seems to be working fine. They came in a pinch when I needed them. They are very responsive.

Called Christian HVAC to say we were very hot on an 80+ degree day. They didn't charge for emergency service. The tech came a few hours later and fixed on a Sunday! I've used many times over the past 20 years. Great company !

I have a service contract with them. They ran the line in the basement and connected it to the stove. They had to be creative because they were running lines in an area not made for it. They came and did the job in one visit and haven't had any issues. It took about half of a day to complete this job. I could have shopped around and gotten a cheaper price. I was comfortable with them. I didn't feel the need to go out and compare prices. I have a service contract with them.

We have a contract. It was part of the contract. They're good. They seem to be well trained and they are very available. There are different levels of service they give. Their pricing is okay.

We have a yearly maintenance agreement with them after they installed our air conditioner. They're very efficient. They come when they say they're going to come and do their work. The last time they were here for AC, they did find a problem and fixed it at no charge.

They came to do an install and did a very good job.

It was part of my service contract. They are excellent. They are really professional. I called them, they came out and they said they would do it and they never charged me and did a good job and their professional, they booties on when they come to the home. They are really good guys.

One of their I believe sales people showed up at my home on time, early actually. He proceeded to walk with me through my home looking in all my rooms and closets to ***** my needs. During this time he asked if I was shopping around. I indicated that I had already received a quote from another local company and that I felt their price was fair but wanted to do my due diligence in checking multiple providers. It is at this point he started insisting that Christian HVAC was the only company that would do it right and that any other companies charging me less then what Christian would quote would do a sub standard install job. We finished our meeting which left me with very little knowledge as to what to expect in terms of a quote. I had to follow up 4 times with them to try and receive a quote and when i didn't receive it after my 4th attempt assumed that they were not interested in the job. I chose to go with the other local installer, the one who i was told wouldn't do it right, they finished the job yesterday and came in $5,000 less than the "ballpark" figure I was given and the system works and performs great.

great for a while.then prices rose considerably, & i needed more & more repairs.

I have a service contract with them. They are excellent. Their price is really high. They were on time and their professionalism was excellent.
