I don't know that much about Christian Heating & Air Conditioning personally. They had a contract on the development we live in and they did the original installations of everything here in this development. The Paul Brothers built that 10 years ago and we moved in four years ago. Christian Heating & Air Conditioning's name was plastered all over the equipment so I just called them. They've always done good service for me. They even did one other job for us, too, because birds got in our flu line and they came and disconnected it and did it over again and got the dead birds out. It worked out real well; they did a good job.

My tenant called me about water dripping from the attic and I thought my worst fears of having to purchase an entire new Heat Pump/AC system were coming true. I called Christian HVAC on Sunday June 30th and a technician was up in the attic at 6pm checking out the problem. Turns out my old HVAC system was set up to drain to a sewer stack which nowadays is a big no no. I also found out the other HVAC system in the attic (downstairs neighbor) was draining to the same place and was destined to overflow as well! The technician (Dan) explained everything and even spoke to my downstairs neighbor explaining that we both needed to get dedicated separate lines to the outside of the property. This was a complex job, on a very old heat pump and it was not one but two units to reroute I was honestly really worried about the cost. This morning, Christian HVAC showed up with two technicians and completed all the work in less than 3 hours. They laid tarps, vacuumed up and even placed floorboards I bought up in the attic where they needed them to work. For the price I paid (and my neighbor's price was equally just as low) I was so pleased I bought their yearly service contract to cover my older system and will be buying another contract from them for my primary residence. Highly recommend this company, fantastic service and professionalism no BS.

This company is the absolute best in this area for this field. I have used them since 1996. I learned that all the mechanics all take speacial courses in how to be nice to the customers. I also love that the always put covers on their shoes before they enter the house.

Called on a Saturday at approx. 5 PM when I found water running out of AC unit housed in kitchen closet. Was told tech would be there by 8 PM. He called at 8 and said he was on the way. Ten minutes later he was here. Determined the problem, explained what he had to do and how much it would cost. When job was complete he went over everything with us again and the costs were exactly as he quoted. His name was DAN TAYLOR. What a credit he is to this company. Thank you DAN TAYLOR!!!

They are always on time and easy to deal with. They do a good job. I think their pricing should be a little bit more competitive because it is higher on certain items than anybody else. That is my only complaint. Their service contracts are very comparable to other companies but as far as actual cost of replacement of parts, I think they are on the high side.

They will come out anytime that service is needed. When you have workman in your home it is nice to have someone who you can trust and someone who is reliable. They are prompt and they do excellent work. They wear booties as well.

They were excellent. They did everything that they came to do. They came at the time they said and they were very neat and clean. I am going to use them again, because they were so good.

We love them. They are very careful about my floors. They are extremely polite. They are punctual.

Christian was the only one that really told us the truth. Theirs was the most expensive bid originally because it included the furnace which the other companies was not necessary. They were only ones that were direct. He predicted exactly what would happen and it happened. When I called them back to come back in, they were on time, they were polite and they were clean. They gave me a decent price and their equipment carrier is more highly rated than what were being offered from the other companies. I am very happy with them. I have not had any trouble at all.

We have used Christian as our HVAC maintenance company for about 12 years. Twice a year they inspect the heating and AC systems, clean what needs to be cleaned, replace what needs to be replaced and provide us with a sense of security. Over the 12 years they have never tried to "up sell" us on something we didn't need. They have mentioned that we might want to consider replacing our hot water tank, something we know needs to be done (it is 14 years old! shhh). They are always on time, calling when they are about to arrive. They always offer to use booties to protect the floors and are always courteous. When my daughter needed to replace her heat pump we called Christian for an estimate and ultimately had them do the job. Since both my daughter and her husband are deaf the representatives of Christian made sure that everything was explained in detail allowing me time to interpret for them using sign language. Now whenever Christian comes for the semi-annual service they send someone who is patient with the language barrier and the kids have confidence that they are being treated fairly.

Serviceman called to let me know he would be arriving within 20 minutes which was within the 4 hour time appointment. Serviceman put on shoe covers before entering my house. Very polite. Serviced the furnace including filter change, testing, and cleaning. I have been using Christian's maintenance contract since they installed my furnace several years ago. The technicians are always polite and competant.

From my first call to the completion of the job, I could not have asked for more. They were professional, thorough, friendly, and accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone.

Very professional and pricing was just okay. It was also difficult to schedule the appointment for them to come and give a quote. They were our second choice.

They did a great job. They were able to repair it quickly and at a good price. I can't say enough good things about their work and customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional crew of 4. They were here on time and stayed until the job was complete - 10 hours. Very respectful of our home. Price was on the high side - but not the highest quote we got. A small glitch with service after the install- not very responsive to our calls about a problem. But the issue was eventually taken care of.

After reviewing bids from several contractors, I chose to go with a different contractor at this time. I would however consider their company on future projects.

Two different gentlemen (Juan and Matt) came out on time and they were very helpful and professional. They came on time. They found the A/C unit was frozen. They had to wait 24hrs for it to thaw. They came out again on time. The A/C system was initially installed incorrectly, so they repaired everything and it works perfectly.

They fixed the unit. They had to work on it for a while. It had not had any kind of preventative maintenance on it for THREE years. From beginning to start-calling them in the morning, someone calling me later during the day to confirm I would be home, until the technician left-was a very pleasant experience!!!!!! Needless to say, it is time for a new unit with a maintenance agreement.

Whenever we have a problem, they are always right there. They are such a great company to deal with because they are so dependable. They come out twice a year for maintenance. We have had a couple times where we needed to call them for additional maintenance and they are always right there. They are very reliable.

After having 4 quotes from local 'leading' installers, Christian was the ONLY company to educate me. Ask for Mark - he did an exceptional job evaluating our needs, communicating (educating) the necessary work. The crew was punctual, clean, and very professional. I would highly recommend Christian to any one looking for A/C installation.

Our heat pump died last July, during a heat wave. So, we called Christian and they came out to fix it the next day. SInce we have 2 small children, we bought a window unit and slept in the living room because our house was so hot. Christian fixed our unit and charged us for installing a booster. Great, thanks Christian. The AC worked perfectly, up until this March, the fan on the heat pump would not go on. So we had another company come out to take a look, We mentioned that Christian put a booster in last year. THe guy laughed and showed us that there WAS NO BOOSTER installed. We paid $300 for this booster, so we called Christian to discuss this. The owner belittled my wife on the phone and accused us of removing it....right,because I have the time to do that. Or would even know how to. BEWARE! It's so funny that their name is Christian and they use a dove as their logo. Not very Christian like in my opinion. My response to the providers response below: We have documentation of the booster being "installed". The next time the unit was opened up, the booster was not there. You never installed it, but charged us for it. Just like your response below, and your demeanor on the phone, it's a "not us" attitude.

Very professional and straight forward. I felt very comfortable with their evaluation. More expensive than others.

Overall the company performs to complete satisfaction.

I have been using them for years. They are excellent and they are willing to work with you if you have specific timing needs or something. They are always conscious about maintaining the cleanliness of your home. I have a service contract with them and if I have to pay then I pay only for the parts. I have a heater, air conditioner, and humidifier and now I have a water heater so all of them come in the service contract. I have a yearly contract with them and they come out in the winter and summer when you call them. If you don’t call them then they call and let you know they are due. I have had times when my heater has failed and they have come right away and it turned out it was just a thermostat. They come out right away. They do a very nice job and they do everything for us. They are also flexible because I work and they are willing to shift timings accordingly. They are extremely professional. The guys put their booties on when they come into the house and even if they come 20 times they do it all the time.
