They were really good. They were definitely punctual and certainly professional, but their pricing was a bit high. I found out after the fact that I definitely paid more than I should have. I would not go with them for an install again because they were very expensive. I would definitely shop around.

Terrible. Do not use under any circumstances. We scheduled an A/C Tune up for a unit that was only a year old. The technician discovered that our unit was a little frozen upon arrival due to the large allergen filters we recently started using. The technical thawed out the unit and cited the new allergen filters as the most likely culprit. I had previously paid $250 as part of a yearly service plan for A/C and future furnace tune up and the technician charged $165 on top of that so $415. The problem was that Christian now charged us the $165 service call plus $125 tune up (half of the $250) for the visit for a brand new unit with no issues outside of the filters used. When I spoke to Christian about the double charge, they stood by the double charge and said the $125 was for cleanup. We asked to cancel our plan and they said they would only refund $75 of the $250 paid for the service plan. That would equate to $340 in charges for the visit this week. There are a ton of other HVACs out there that would charge half that to perform the service.

Terrible. I called on a friend's recommendation. A tech came, gave me a lot of double talk and jargon, but could (would?) not answer any direct questions. Had the nerve to tell me my furnace was 'the bottom of the barrel' and tried to sell me another. Enormous estimate - $4,000 over what I paid using another company. Said sales would call but no one ever did. That was six weeks ago.

They do a great job. I am very happy with their service. I have a service contract with them.

We had been customers for over 20 years! He came out and they guy told us he would have to charge $110 to turn it on. The wasn't anything wrong with it. It was ridiculous!

I called them to come out and look at my AC unit and asked them if they could fix it.They told me my unit could not be fixed and that I needed a whole new unit. I thought this price was too high and so I got another estimate. The other company I called said they could fix the problem and I would not need a whole new unit at time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We had a technician visit our home yesterday to assess our heat pumps. He came to the conclusion that we needed to replace the panels and one coil and gave us a quote of $824. He didn't go forward with the work because he wanted someone else to come out and inspect the pumps and give us an idea of our options to repair or replace. So, I stayed home from work today (in a cold house) to meet with him. They didn't send out a technician, but a sales person who told me that the pumps were dead and that I needed to replace them to the tune of $20,000 - WITHOUT TAKING A LOOK AT THE PUMPS. They didn't send out a technician - they just sent out a salesperson (who admitted to being "not the guy" to make an assessment). So, we're still cold - no work was done to remedy the problem and I guess we just paid $99 to get a sales call. Shockingly unprofessional.

Very quick to respond to my request for proposal via both email and in person meeting. Proved to be very knowledgeable, after a quick inspection, of my existing system and its' shortcomings. Provided me with multiple options on a solution and clearly communicated the benefits of each. I never felt like they were "selling" me but rather educating me during this process. I know it was a sales engagement, but, it certainly was not high pressure. I appreciated the fact that they gave me the option of certain upgrades (whole house humidifier as an example) and their benefits and costs. They also gave me some time to research without a bunch of calls or pressure. Installation was smooth, techs were knowledgeable, friendly, timely, neat and went the extra mile to answer my many questions. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. I gave them a "B" for Price but I feel I need to explain. They were not the lowest quote I had gotten, but, based on all the little things and extras they did during the installation of my system I feel I got great value. If they had a Value score I would give them the maximum.

Heat exchanger had cracked on the old furnace. Had a slow carbon monoxide leak into my house. Once leak was discovered we immediately stopped using the furnace. Can't say enough about the Christian team. They didn't try to sell me a product i didn't need. They were extremely responsive to my initial call. The company also let me borrow two space heaters so that my house wouldn't freeze until the installation date. The installation itself went well with no major issues. Before leaving the installers went over all of the work completed and gave me a quick training on the new digital thermostat.

The company showed up fairly quickly after we called with our concern. The rep stated that even though they certified the equipment in working order, they don't stand behind the certification. He told us at that time the Thermostat was definately broken. He went on to tell us that Low Battery means dysfunctional. Same as the home inspector told us and part of the reason why we wanted the heating and air condiitoning checked out. After realizing they don't stand behind their work, they quoted us a price to fix the thermostat. At that point, we agreed to pay the price given us by the service rep. After the work was completed, the price was 30% higher than quoted. If you are looking for a company that doesn't stand behind their work, or give accurate quotes. This is the company for you. If you are looking for honest work an integrity, Don't get tricked by the name.

The team of four guys worked very hard over the course of two days to do all of the above work. They were professional and explained everything to us. The used tarps and cleaned up after finishing each day. In addition, two different supervisors stopped by multiple times over the two days to check in on the progress of the work. We were extremely pleased by the excellent work and customer service. We had been in our home for about a year and the air conditioning has never worked as well as it does now. We would highly recommend this company!

They are timely, professional, and keep the house clean.

I was extremely impressed by Christian HVAC. Dan, our service provider, was extremely professional and knowledgable. He took a look at our thermostat and realized quickly that the problem was minor (the thermostat case was just not put on properly so the HVAC unit was not kicking on). Even though the problem was fixed in 5 minutes, he STILL checked everything else thoroughly. He went outside to make sure we were OK with the pressure and checked all of our units in the basement and provided feedback on maintenance of all of our units/humidifier/ water pump. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend their services. I am not easily impressed but hats off to Christian HVAC for outstanding customer service.

I have no doubt they'd do quality work, if you have extra money to throw around, and want someone to treat you with awesome customer service. But they are defintitely over-priced. Don't let them fool you with that "Family Owned and Christians"--Just because they are Christians, doesn't mean they won't over-charge you. I was able to find the same job for the same price on just the central A/C, but when combined both Central A/C and new Heater, Christian quoted $8868, whereas other company quoted $5,600, which included a military discount and very high quality work. Not great customer service, but high quality work, and worth the BS I had to go through to get my PECO rebate, which I did get.

Yesterday was one of the worst snow storms of the year. Then sometime during last night, our heater stopped working. When we noticed it at 5:30am today, called Christian Heating and A/C and spoke with a LIVE operator. She said they would get the message at 8:00am. Brian called back at 8:30. He said someone would be out today between 9am-12noon. The repairman, Charlie, called at 9:30 to say he would be here in 15 minutes, which he was. It did not take him long to diagnose the problem, run for the part, and then install it. He was done before 11:30! Both Brian and Charlie were courteous and friendly. I can't speak to the price, as I do not know what another company would have charged. (We also called another company. Got a recording. They called us back first, but could not guarantee anyone would be out until tomorrow. So we got on their "list). Had we had to wait until tomorrow, maybe pipes would have frozen and burst, and that would have been an additional expense and stressor!!!!

They are good but extremely expensive. They are very, very expensive. The technicians know their job and they're insured. They're top of the line company, but they're very expensive. They are really good in their work. I bought them for some emergency work once, and that was a separate payment, that I didn't like because to change a very small part, they charged enormous amount. That small part if somebody is buying in the market will be almost like 1/5 or 1/6 of the price. I think they were just trying to justify the labor cost. But, that is the time I wasn't very happy the way they were handling their accounts. They explained the parts and I did verify. It's not that they try to hoodwink me into something. Not that. That part definitely needed to be changed, but they could have said that, "This part costs only this much but if you go a trained labor or trained technicians because they are expensive." And, it wasn't a weekend. It wasn't an emergency call. Pricewise, they should do something. Quality is good. They're really a top of the line company. The only thing they're extremely expensive. If you call them, you just be ready to pay a big amount of money, otherwise don't call them.

We like them very much. They're efficient. They come quickly and do a nice job.

Very efficient, thorough and friendly

The work was completed at a very reasonable price. The cost combined with timely, professional and courteous after-hours service combined to make this a perfect interaction. i'm a wary buyer and not very trusting but this event puts me at ease with Christian. Our heater is approximately 25 years old and we will definitely ask them for a quote to replace the unit.

Went very smoothly, thanks largely to the detailed planning by the sales/account person, Mark Drucker. He spent the time to go through all the options, even taking time to calculate expected fuel costs based on my prior year usage and using gas furnace or electric heat pump. He is extremely knowledgeable and very forthright. He was clearly focused on finding the best solution for me, not for them. His detailed advance planning and drawings made the installation go very smoothly.

We hit a snag with installing the wireless control for the conservatory unit, and found that the wrong unit had been installed. Christian Heating and Air Conditioning went above and beyond to make things right according to our work order. Professional, friendly, competent, clean, considerate and good to my dog. More importantly, the units work perfectly. Thanks to their work, a room that was previously unusable for most of the year is now usable.

We arrived home after a few days out of town to a heater that was non working. Tech Ilya was at our house about less than two hours after we called. He spend a lot of time trying to repair a part instead of replacing to try and save us money. Unfortunately he did have to replace a part. Was very pleased with the service will defintely use Christian Heating and A/C in the future.

It was still under warranty and they fixed it with no problem. Their service is very good. They usually come promptly if I have a problem. They are usually early. I am very satisfied. I paid for a maintenance contract. They are very professional. When they come to the door, they always give me their ID with a picture. They are a very good company.

They charged me a fortune. I would not recommend them to anyone. We would have replaced it if he answered my questions. It takes him a while to get to his e-mails. It takes him three weeks. I waited all afternoon and they got here at ten until five. They gave me that time frame and they came at the time frame.
