Description of Work: They came to do an estimate, they were very late, and they wanted $6700 more than a different company and offered less warrnties, as well as less work. I have spoken to other neighbors who have also recieved ridiculously high quotes.

Description of Work: I called to arrange an estimate appt for a complete new system and they tried to sell me a service plan before they would even make the appointment. Lousy business ethics in my opinion. I didn't even have them come out for estimate. Went with Harris.
