They came when they were supposed to and did the job. Everything was satisfactory. I would use them again.

Christian installed my new heating/cooling system March 2004. A representative surveyed the home, recommended a smaller high efficiency heating/cooling system. Estimate was prompt, thorough, and well-researched. The entire experience was excellent and the service checkups since then have been excellent as well. Their client service, courtesy, promptness, full disclosure, consideration of my home, all are exemplary. Service technicians are courteous, punctual, professional. I have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. THE PRODUCT IS HIGH QUALITY AND THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE QUICKLY. SO FAR, EVERYTHING IS WORKING QUITE WELL AND EFFICIENT.

The serviceman Anthony was polite, young, and appeared to know what he was doing. He once called the office to check on his procedures. This is my first experience with central air, and it seemed to go professionally well.

Excellent service. On the day the air conditioning was to be replaced, our electricity was knocked out by a bad storm. After spending the previous 2 weeks in a heat wave, we were very hot! Not to worry, Christian brought a generator, installed the A/C, heat pump and new oil burner. They even hooked my fridge up to their generator while they were here to try and save our food just in case the power came on in time. When our electricity came back on 2 days later, they were right there to finish the electrical installation that very day. The salesperson was polite, knew his stuff and the price was good. I would highly recommend them.

Explained everything , very honest, prompt, and courteous. Slightly more cost but well worth it.

His company is fantastic. They are honest and reliable. They are excellent, nice, caring people. They have a system that cleans the air of bacteria and mold.

We have used Christian for seven years since we moved into our current home. Their techs have always been courteous and professional. They show up on time almost always and have always called to let us know if they were running behind. The prices are not the lowest but certainly competitive given the company's professionalism.

I CALLED CHRISTIAN TO GET IDEA OF THEIR SERVICES & COSTS. I DIDN'T GET A CALL BACK FOR 5 DAYS. WHEN THEY CALLED BACK I ASKED FOR SOMETHING IN WRITING ABOUT THEIR DIFFERENT CONTRACTS. THE CONTRACTS PERSON SAID SHE WOULD MAIL THAT INFORMATION OUT TO ME THAT DAY. IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS & I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING YET. THIS DID NOT LEAVE ME WITH A DESIRE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME. THEY HAVE BEEN MY HVAC CONTRACTOR FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW. ALL REPS/TECHNICIANS ARE INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY SERVICE GEOTHERMAL AND REGULAR HEAT PUMPS IN MY HOME. FIRST RATE!

SERVICE WAS PROMPT, RELIABLE AND COURTEOUS.

THEIR ORIGINAL VISIT WAS VERY GOOD. THE SYSTEM WORKED WELL. AFTER A MAINTENANCE CHECK ONE OF THE WORKERS RE-HOOKED A HOSE AND WE HAD WATER IN OUR BASEMENT. THEY DID SEND SOMEONE TO FIX THAT PROBLEM, BUT DID NOT HELP WITH THE WATER CLEAN UP.
