I have an annual contract with them and they have been very good. My contract also includes inspection of my water heater. They are very professional and on time. They are reliable with the work they do. They always give you a complete diagnosis of any problems. My furnace is getting pretty old. You always know exactly what you are going to pay. They are always polite. They are very aggressive to see that you make your appointments. You should make your appointments early in the season. I have been very happy and will absolutely use them again.

We initially called them to repair our air conditioning unit. We signed a yearly contract with them after they were done with the work. They come twice a year. They come before we turn the heater on and again before we turn the air conditioner on. They give the whole thing a once over to make sure it's properly working. The people that come out to do the work have always been very reliable. I trust to have them in my home to do the work. Both units have been working just fine so I guess whatever they're doing must be right.

They did a great job and my A/C works great. They were professional and willing to do what it took to get the job done. They even did a follow up call to make sure everything was working properly. They were a little pricey, but overall I would use them again.

The pan under the A/C unit which cools our offices developed a leak. After being given the run around by one contractor who we spent a lot of money with previously, we needed to contract someone else to finish the job. The first visit from Christian was to temporarily halt the leaking from the pan. They returned a few days later and retrofitted a new pan under the unit and replumbed it so it would drain into our utility sink. The work was performed fast. The crew was professional and knowledgeable. And the price for all services was very fair. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor.

The service was dreadful. Within 2 hours of installation, it wasn't working. It was in January and by the time they sent someone the next morning, my house was 44 degrees. I called that night at midnight and they did not send someone until 10:30 the next morning. They did not install the system correctly. It took the repairman only 45 minutes to fix it. They did not apologize or re-check with me afterwards.

I had a year’s contract with them. The last person who came to me said that they fired few people as they were not good at their work. Once a person who had to come over, called and said that he was on his way. He pulled into my neighbors’ driveway and went to sleep. I went up to him and woke him up. He gave me an unconvincing excuse. He then came over and checked the heating and air conditioning unit and asked me to get a new unit next year. I had an unpleasant experience with them.

Christian does a lot of work in our area which made us want to call them. They came out and were very professional. They helped us pick out an appropriate system and installed the entire system in a day. They cleaned up after themselves. After the work they contacted me to make sure I was satisfied and sent me a survey to help fill out and inform them of my feelings about the work.

The work was highly professional starting with my visit from the salesman through after installation service. Everything happened the way they said it would and when they said it would. The installers were professional, courteous, and clean. The installation price was higher than I originally planned, but they offered a higher efficiency unit. (The price was exactly what was quoted). The salesman offered me several options. The Carrier equipment they installed is quiet and my heating bill has dropped. Christian Heating even handled the paperwork for my manufacturer's rebate and the check came a few weeks later.

They were very prompt and courteous. The first guy was a little less experienced and somewhat panicked over a small problem. He re-shut the panel and pinched a wire that shut off the heat pump. It could not transfer to the electric heat. They did come out and fixed the problem later and did not charge us for a second service call, just for the part.

I have been having issues with my heater shutting off on its own. Christian Heating and Air replaced a valve and said that if this does not fix the issue they will give my money back. Their prices are a little high but I like the way they stand behind their work.

I was impressed with their reputation and they are a local company. They fit me into their schedule quickly. They arrived on time and did the work quickly.

They make you feel like you are their family. The whole company is extremely honest! Loyal! Efficient! Fabulous! Reliable! They just can't do enough to satisfy me as a customer. Of course I will continue to use them. They are coming out next week!

This was the first time I had used his services. It went fine. The gentleman who came out was very knowledgeable in his work and he repaired it efficiently. He did a nice job.

Their work has been good and they have a fair price. They show up on time and get the repairs done in good time. They clean up the area after they are done with the work.

I felt the serviceman was young and inexperienced although the air is running great. He was punctual and seemed to know what he was doing. I guess I am fairly happy as the air is working.

They were great about coming out to our home, they were very personable and friendly. They did a really good job, with have no problems with our heating our air conditioning. I would recommend them to others.

This was the first time I had used their services. It was a very positive experience. They had a professionally done estimate and they came on the scheduled day and had a professional installation.

I've had a contract with the company and had several routine service calls, installation and repair done by them. They charge astronomical figures both for the equipment they install and for their services, which I had not realized until I checked with several alternative companies. Some of the workers are professional, but others are not. When I finally switched to another service provider, they showed how the installations of a number of things were done incorrectly. Thus, they installed a wrong model of humidifier that is not effective on my system; the heat pump was installed incorrectly. The ducts were not sealed, etc.

Christian Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. was originally called for emergency service - amazingly arrived within an hour of our call. When it was determined by the technician that the fix would not be cost effective, the sales representative arrived that same day to quote a new system and within 48 hours we had a new furnace. The installation team arrived exactly at the time they were scheduled, worked efficiently and were very professional. Removal of the old system was seamless and the basement furnace area was cleaner than when they arrived.

I was very please with everything. Tech came in and inspected the entire unit and did a fantastic job. Tech was professional clean and neat. Tech spend extra time talking to me and taking the time to explain things to me. During inspection tech found that humidifier was bad. Company is going to come back and replace humidifier later next week.

The work was great and they were extremely friendly. They arrived on time and it was not hard to schedule and appointment.

AS I STATED ABOVE - IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. I RECEIVED THEIR PRICE ORIGINALLY AND THAN CONTACTED ANOTHER COMPANY OFF THE LIST AND THEY WANTED ALMOST 3 TIMES WHAT CHRISTIAN CHARGED AND DID THE SAME WORK. I CAN BE A VERY DIFFICULT CLIENT AS RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY CONTRACTORS ARE NOT EASY TO FIND. I'VE HAD SOME POOR WORK DONE OVER THE COURSE OF 10 YRS, SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I'M VERY INTENSE. ALSO, I WATCH MY MONEY LIKE EVERYONE ELSE AND TRY TO SHOP ACCORDING TO THE BEST BUY - THAT I ADMIT IS NOT ALWAYS TO THE WAY TO GO. I ALMOST WENT WITH THE OTHER GUY FIGURING THAT 119.00 VS 325.00 - TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. BUT I'M GLAD THAT I FOLLOWED MY POCKETBOOK BECAUSE THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. ALSO, WHEN I CALLED BOTH TIMES TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT, I DID NOT TELL THEM I HAD FOUND THEM THROUGH YOUR LIST AS I WANTED TO SEE HOW I WOULD BE TREATED AND WHAT TYPE OF WORK THEY WOULD PERFORM. IT WAS WORTH IT.

Service was great. Came out right on time. The only negative thing was that they promised us a programmable thermostat and it took about a month to get this. They didn't bring the programmable one when they did the installation and I had to keep hounding them to get it. Other than that, it went fine.

From the estimator to the work crew everyone was a pleasure to work with The job was done with an emphasis on customer satisfaction; from the cleanliness the installers displayed while working through my home to the follow up contacts I received after the job was finished. One of the best contractors I have ever worked with in any category!
