Description of Work: We needed our A/C serviced. The tech came out on time and performed the diagnositcs and service. He was caught in a torrential downpour and didn't want to come in the house for us to sign the paperwork and pay him.

Description of Work: Disappointed with this company. Scheduled two appointments and both times the technician showed up at times other then the scheduled time window we provided. We had taken time off of work to be home and both appointments were missed due to the technicians showing up when it was convenient for them.

Description of Work: Installed new carrier heat pump for townhouse. Price was fair for quality of product, company was professional,poite,clean while working in the house. No surprises from estimated price. We are very pleased with the work that was done.

Description of Work: We had a problem with aircondtioner turning off after running an hour. Chris came out the same day we called and checked rhe system .He spent over an hour checking everything. He was very polite and informative. He couldn't find any problem and made some suggestions. He seemed very knowledgeable and since he left we haven't had any problems yet with the system. It has been running fine.

Description of Work: I have had Christian Plumbing and Heating for 11 years. They are reliable, consistent, and always professional. They have provided seasonal service on our heat and AC units, caught little problems (weak fan, old motor) before they become big ones. Their team shows up on time, describes what they are going to doing in lay person terms, they do it, then recap what they discovered, and then leave without idle chit chat. I really value my time and it seems they do too. I have recc. them in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
