Stewart and Bruce from Brightside Window Cleaning did a phenomenal job. My house is literally sparkling! The two man crew were professional, friendly, and completed the job in a timely manner. Their work was excellent and I will definitely be using Brightside again!

Contacted by Seth after my initial contact. It took him a little while to contact me; I'm sure they are very busy as there are so few window washing services around. We discussed the job on the phone and 2 of his employees arrived at my home about 2 weeks later as scheduled. They were prompt and polite. They were very respectful of my home; they removed their shoes when they came in and frequently asked if they could move or climb on furniture before doing so. They alerted me to some small issues which arose with the job immediately as they discovered them. The deck was really caked with moss/mold and they took their time and did an excellent job of removing everything. The windows are sparkling clean. Seth and I had worked out an estimate on the phone (based on the number of panes and windows that require cleaning)--turns out I had mis-counted and hence the estimate had to be recalculated on site. This occurred up front before any work was done, and they made sure I was comfortable with the new cost before proceeding. I was very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again.

They are very good and also very reliable. We have used them a number of times and have been very pleased with the work.

Great company, excellent service. They are thorough, efficient, do not overlook any detail. I am so happy I found this company. We get a lot of soot from the city streets on our windows and screens so the job is not that easy although they make it seem so. I really appreciate how the team respects the interior of my home, how careful they are with items in their way. Seth takes a lot of pride in his finished product, justifiably so. I have already booked the next visit.

The work completed was great and very efficient.

Seth and his team were quick, professional, and good at what they do. We cleaned 19 storm windows, 3 windows that turned out not to be storms so he price adjusted. Initially scheduled for a gutter cleaning, but he said I don't need it and helped to blow/clean off the roof for much lower cost instead!

They were quick to respond, fair and consistent when pricing, prompt and professional when working and did a great job! I would recommend them to anyone!

The team from Brightside did an excellent job. They were professional and courteous. They were on time and even finished the scheduled work earlier than they said they would, which is to say that they were very efficient. I should also note that the price Seth quoted me was $100 less than a quote I received from a competitor and was exactly what i had to pay when they finished (not counting the additional 5% AL discount ). They truly went the extra mile, which included removing their shoes before entering my home (without being asked to do so). I would absolutely use Brightside again.

Very well. Very professional. All things on windowsills were replaced exactly as found. Great care taken not to track soil into house. I look forward to their return. Even suggested our entrance light could use cleaning and did so gratis.

I highly recommend Brightside Window Cleaning and Power Washing. They were EXCELLENT! Seth answered my call himself (no messages and telephone tag), and was able to give me quote while we were on the phone together. I booked him for the next day to power wash my house (vinyl siding) and wash all my windows (some old triple tracks and some newer). He and his three guys were professional, friendly, and hard-working, and my satisfaction with their work was a requirement for them. They also cleaned my outside stairs and walkways, and walked around the entire house with me to be sure I was pleased with their work. When I need this type of service again, Brightside will be my first call!

Brightside has been cleaning my gutters for the last couple of years. They are always thorough, professional and punctual. I wouldn't use another company as long as Brightside is in business.

The person who had been doing our windows for years retired so this was the first time I used Brightside. After we contacted Seth, the owner, by phone and told him what kind of windows we have, Seth was able to give me an estimate of the cost and fit me into his schedule. He and his crew of 2 came in about 2 weeks from when I first contacted him. In the interim, Seth confirmed the scheduled date and cost by e-mail and as the day approached he e-mailed a reminder. Seth and his crew were excellent - fast, careful and left shining windows. We were very happy with the results and think the price was fair. We will definitely use Brightside again.

Seth and his crew did an excellent job, in spite of the windows being hard to take apart, due to their 1970s vintage. They were thorough, professional, neat and a pleasure to work with. They aren't inexpensive, but the quality of the work made the cost a very good value.

Splendid. They were friendly, punctual, courteous, and thorough. They insisted on cleaning hard-to-get-at windows, even when I said it was unnecessary.

It went very well. Seth and his team were prompt, respected my house (I have a "no shoes" policy; they quickly removed their shoes) and did a fantastic job. Unlike other window washers that I have hired, Seth's work was literally spotless. There were no streaks on the window panes. Also, Seth power-washed and scrubbed my outdoor teak table plus six teak chairs (I posted some "before and after" photos). I had never had this furniture power-washed and Seth has it looking brand-new. I intend to have Seth continue cleaning my windows and teak furniture.

I cannot say enough positive things about this service. They arrived promptly (a crew of 4 or 5) The entire crew was efficient, gracious and extremely thorough in their work. They were flexible when I added a few extra windows on the third floor. My windows have never been so clean and streak free and I can genuinely say that it was a pleasure to have them work for us. I would hire them again and highly recommend this service to others.
