This is our 2nd time and it troubles me to say that they don't charge enough. Seriously, I'm embarrassed by what I ask them to do for the amount they charge. Good crew, great work, and we've already set up the next time. Couldn't ask for more. I'd recommend them without the least hesitation. Seth, pay your guys more - they deserve it.

Brightside is the best. This the second time I've used them and have already scheduled them for a different service to be done in December. They were concerned about fading the paint if they were going to clean the outside of the house, so we ran a small test to make sure everything would be OK. As it turned it it worked perfectly. Leading up to their visit they kept me posted every step of the way. They are more than window washers. They are professional technicians who show true concern for the home owner's needs. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Their cost is very reasonable.

Absolutely exceptional. Very pleasant, honest, professional and accommodating. Came in significantly more economical than competitors with exceptional quality work. Of note, we had a gift certificate for their company that we won in a school auction. Was delighted to hear that he donated the value of the certificate despite not having any other connection to the school (or even kids old enough to go to school... speaks to his character as well). Overall, highly recommended.

Great experience! Seth and his assistant arrived on-time. They were extremely professional and respectful of my property. They did a fantastic job! My patio and walkways look brand new! Awesome. Glass enclosed sunroom hadn’t been cleaned in 7 years. It was becoming a dark room. Brightside gave us back the enjoyment of having a sunroom. Very professional. I’m scheduling them to come back again... and again... Great work Great job!

I have never felt compelled to write an online review, despite reading and counting on them for years, until now. I cannot speak more highly of Seth and the Brightside team. They are responsive, professional, polite and - most of all - amazing at their work! We knew our windows were dirty, but we had no idea what a difference having them cleaned by a talented crew would make. I strongly recommend Brightside!

We had the windows cleaned at the first day of the pandemic. So well done, since we have been in quarantine, we are so thankful to have the bright sunshine flowing into our house (1905 original windows, about 35 of them) now! Thank you!!!

Great, I differently would recommend

Team was on-time, professional and cognizant of being intrusive as I was working from home. Did not realize how nasty the windows were until this morning trying to see the sunrise through a haze. Screens, windows and gutters are spotless.

Great.Two men showed-up to do the job. Didn't even need my electric for their machine since it was gas powered. Handled the job efficiently. Now it looks like new!

Great. We have employed Brightside for 4 years now and are VERY happy overall with all that they do. Last year they did a greater number of windows for us, several large multi panned windows and did a superior job with all of them. This year just as good. They arrive on time, are EXTREMELY neat and tidy, professional and leave everything crystal clear.

While we did have the work done by another vendor, Seth had responded very promptly. Based on pictures of our house which we emailed, he explained the problem, gave a fair estimate, and offered a prompt appointment time. Would definitely use this company if/when the problem arises again.

The company never contacted me after I requested a quote to clean my gutters. I never received an email or phone call after my request. I had to go and find another company to do the gutter cleaning.

It was totally a professional experience. They were on time and very professional.
