He was very nice and tried to accommodate us with the deal, but we didn't really have anything for him. I really appreciated that he tried to make the deal work.

First let me tell you about the incredible customer service that Brightside provided. We scheduled our house cleaning the Wednesday prior to my Open House. Naturally, it poured rain the entire day that the pressure washing was scheduled. This left me in a bind because I definitely needed the house cleaned before the open house. I talked to them about my situation and they made extra concessions and squeezed me the very next day. I am so grateful! I hired them to come back this week to clean my gutters. I am confident that they will do an equally fantastic job. Not only am I using them again, but I highly recommend their service. It isn't often that this type of business puts the customer service at the forefront. These guys are great, courteous, and really looking out for the homeowner.

From the moment I placed the order, till the services were performed, Seth kept in touch. At the appointed time, they came in and started the work. I was impressed by the care that they took including small things like taking off the shoes while entering the home. He also explained what he is going to do while he was there. The workmanship was good too.

Seth is extremely responsive. We got into his schedule quickly on a cancellation. He arrived early! The entire job took about three hours. He brought two other workers along. Everyone worked quickly and diligently. We added on gutter cleaning at the time of service. Seth is pleasant and a hard worker, and is obviously building a great company from scratch. His prices are lower than competitors, too! I've never had my windows cleaned before and cannot believe the difference!

Seth and his team are great. The came on a Saturday morning, and thoroughly cleaned the outside of my windows and gutter. The windows look great as do the gutters. Will hire again.

Seth called and made appointment within an hour of my contact. Fill me in week before Easter. Washed all my outside windows at an awesome price. Will consider insides and house/deck ckeaning in future. Very nice guy to boot!

Seth Goldberg and assistant arrived a few minutes late, understandable due to problem with his GPS. Seth was very knowledgeable about his craft and went about it in a professional manner. When doing the deck, he was very careful not to use too much pressure so as not o cause the deck paint to be powered off. I was very satisfied with the job and the price he charged..

They were prompt, courteous and did a great job. The owner himself came with one helper and cleaned windows AND all the tracks. He also gave me advice that since my home is up for sale, that I should keep the screens all in a closet to maximize the clean appearance after the windows were cleaned. It looks great!!!

Seth was fantastic – he is more than professional, he’s personable and cares about you as a customer. He went out of his way to hand wash our gutters instead of power washing them. The work done was very good and our gutters and windows look brilliant. He worked with me as I needed to get some portion of the word done now, and some done next spring. Also, our siding had some spots that needed gentle care (needs replacing) and he was careful to work around those areas.

I was very, very happy with Seth and the work he performed. Seth was very responsive. I was selling a house and wanted the power washing done prior to my house being shown. This was a last-minute decision, and Seth was able to fit me into his scheduled even though that meant working a Friday evening. The results were great. He managed to keep much of the dirt out of my pool (which was very difficult). He was very professional, had great communication. He cleaned up the area very well after the job.

They were excellent. I would definitely use them again. I recommended them to someone else who used them for window cleaning. They did a beautiful job. They gave the estimate and the price was so good that we scheduled for the work to be done.

The Owner, Seth, was very professional on the phone and in person. He arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner and made sure everything was done properly. He came with a helper who was supervised throughout the process. One of the outside fixtures was difficult to disassemble, but he gave it a second try before he packed up his truck - and he was able to clean it in the end.I was very pleased and will use Brightside again in the Spring for window cleaning and power washing.

Seth and his coworker, Chris, was punctual, professional, and thorough. They moved stuff I would not have expected. None of this has ever been this clean. I highly recommend. Seth handles his business with a high degree of professionalism. Very reasonably priced, I thought.

Arrived a few minutes early and got immediately to work. Seth had another worker with him. They were professional at all times, courteous and efficient. When he cleaned the ceiling fan, he took it apart and cleaned each part, globe, bulbs, blades, etc. The entire job was completed in less than 2 hours. They did an excellent job. I have made another appointment in December. I highly recommend this company.
