Seth and his team did a great job with cleaning my windows and power washing my deck. They were extremely pleasant, professional and courteous. They thoroughly cleaned all of the storm windows, dusted the screens and cleaned all of the sills. I would definitely recommend their service and will use them in the future.

All I can say is if you need your windows cleaned CALL SETH!!! We are getting ready to put our house on the market and decided late in the game to have the windows cleaned. I'd read so many positive reviews on Seth's company that I called in hopes that he might be able to help me out at this very busy time of year for window washers. He is pretty booked up but worked me into his schedule and I couldn't be more pleased with my windows!! Not only does Seth and company clean windows with perfection, they are THE most genuine group who take pride in their work. From the very start, you can tell that Seth (who owns Brightside) treats his customers well. He is super responsive to emails and showed up on time, as agreed to. We agreed on a price ahead of time, after I described the job and the number of windows in an email. It took just about one hour for them to do the job, including removing/cleaning the screens and cleaning the sills where outside dirt can accumulate. Seth also took the time to explain what a fogged window is, and showed me that I had two of them. I highly recommend them.

I never write reviews but I had to in this case. Seth and his team member did an absolutely fantastic job! I feel like I have a new house inside and out. The windows are gleaming, the deck is like brand new and the gutters are clear. They were very professional and very reasonable. Seth called to confirm the date and time and called again that morning to state what time they would be there. I am definitely going to use them every time!

I didn't know windows could be so clean. They look absolutely beautiful. They did such a great job, on time, professional courteous. They spent the time they needed to complete the job. They were double panes he took them off cleaned them and put them back in. Not a spot anywhere. His helpers Chris and Holly were professional and polite, Seth is terrific.

Seth called the night before to confirm the appointment, and also before he was coming so we knew when he was going to make it. They were here about half a day (we have a lot of windows). He also cleaned our ceiling fan that's really high up. They did a fantastic job, the windows are gleaming!

Arrived on time with assistant. Did a quick tour, started right in. Worked quietly and efficiently. Were very willing to move plants tout of the way that were too heavy for me.

Prompt, professional, and on-time service. While the price was higher than other companies, Brightside did a very good job on the window washing and added in a large wall mirror for no additional charge to their original estimate.

Seth arrived as scheduled with a helper. Also, called the night before to confirm appointment. He was courteous and did a great job. Would recommend him highly!

Brightside did a good job on the windows which had not been cleaned in many years. They are very clear in their communications and responsive and take care on the property while doing the work.

The guys were great, good clear communications. Came in at the agreed upon time, worked around another contractor performing work in the house. Work was done in a professional manner, they cleaned up after themselves. Seth also identified a couple exterior repair items I was not even aware of.

He responded to me immediately, kept in touch throughout the day (I was not present at the property as he was performing), let me know why he could not wash some windows (leaded windows, storms that wouldn't come off) and did an excellent job on the windows he did do. I was very pleased.

It does not cover storm windows. I think that should be in the fine print.

The windows sparkle and the rooms in my home are brighter! Seth and Chris are professional, respectful and friendly. Seth pointed out that 3 of our windows and a large picture window are starting to "fog". He suggested we check the warranty on our windows and we definitely will. Next spring they will return to power wash our deck and check our gutters. Great service, great company!

I requested a power washing of the north side of our house that had green mold on it. Seth quoted the price over the phone, and I scheduled the service call. He came out promptly when promised. I asked him to also remove some cat litter stains on our driveway (left over from the winter). The siding came out great, all the mold was removed. The driveway still had some minor staining even after a repeated attempt at cleaning it. Seth didn't charge me for the driveway washing. I was very satisfied with the work that BrightSide Window Cleaning has performed. Seth is professional, prompt and courteous. I highly recommend BrightSide for any power washing or cleaning jobs.

Great experience all around. Seth provided a detailed estimate over the phone, followed up prior to visit, and called morning of to confirm. We had 40 windows cleaned including several large picture windows, sliders, and french doors. We also had a large chandelier cleaned, hanging about 20' off ground in our foyer. Seth and his crew did an amazing job, thoroughly cleaning outside, inside, and windowsills. He even made minor repairs on several windows which had fallen off track. The chandelier was carefully cleaned and all light bulbs replaced. It looks brand new, unbelievable difference! Seth also inspected our gutters, determined no major cleaning was needed, and removed some debris at no additional charge. I was thrilled with the work BrightSide did. I can't recall the last time I had such professional and courteous team performing work. Great value as well. We found our window and powerwashing guys!

One example is my gutters were streaked with black soot...2 other cleaning services tried to remove it but only Brightside was able to do it. Price is on the high side but as the saying goes...you get what you pay for and I felt I got what I paid for Over 40 windows and 9 skylights....larger house I will use them again. My search is over.

He is sooooooo polite and respectful. He showed up when promised and provided exemplary service. Easy to schedule with, professional, called to remind me about appointment and called to tell me he was on his way. Seriously, my windows have not been cleaned since I moved in 8 years ago, and who knows how long before that. He certainly had his work cut out for him!! I would highly recommend his services.

I've hired them to come back and clean the outside of my gutters. They did a great job on my windows. I highly recommend Brightside Window Cleaning!

Seth was very professional and friendly. He followed up the next day to see if we were happy with the job.

Seth and Chris got immediately to work first cleaning the inside windows, etc. and even vacuumed my vertical blind tops and garage window as needed. They used towels to protect and catch drips Outside they used ladders and were careful not to disturb my landscape lighting/bushes. Both Seth (the Owner) and Chris were polite and courteous.
