Seth had called ahead to let me know they were on their way. The three arrived as we had arranged. The work of cleaning my high and rather clogged gutters was done well and quickly. They cleaned up so that there was no mess of any kind. They cleared the downspouts which were also clogged. I am very pleased and will certainly consider BrightSide Window Cleaners as very first for future work. I am also considering some window cleaning. They will be my first choice. I am entirely pleased and satisfied.

Bright Side did a great job. They cleaned all my windows, doors and skylights very well. They were very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE PROVIDER FOR POWERWASH AND GUTTER CLEANING! Brightside came to the house and the water was not turned on. He called, promptly rescheduled and asked if I would like gutters cleaned as well. He offered me a great price to take care of gutters and cleaned them on that visit. Upon returning to powerwash the house, he helped me by reconnecting and securing several gutter sections that had fallen off. The house, seriously, looks brand new and it was REALLY bad from years of neglect. That was a huge savings, not having to replace the siding. The gutters look brand new as well. I cannot begin to say how professional and well priced Brightside is. Seth, the owner, was at the property during service and was prompt to pick up the call or answer any question I had between visits. This three-man team headed by owner Seth Goldberg did a fantastic job and completed the work in three hours. They were very neat and efficient. This is a job that normally takes me days and leaves me cranky! What a delight.

Seth came to my house at a time convenient to me and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost. He asked good questions. He called in advance to double check the day of the work and delivered as promised. He even called several times to check on issues. He went out of his way to give me real value for my money. Courteous and helpful. A true pleasure.

This is not the first time we have used Brightside and we will be sticking with them for some time to come. We have a lot of windows, all casement. Brightside is one of the more reasonable price related for the services provided. Seth and his crew of two arrive and we reviewed what was going to be done. In the spring we do both inside and outside plus the sills around the casements are wiped to remove the spider "cocoons" that always collect around the windows. All windows are amazingly clean now . It no longer looks like is raining outside due to the dirty windows. The whole crew cleaned up after themselves and were very careful around our belongings. Again we are very happy with the reults and we will be hiring them back in the fall.

The owner of Brightside and two of his employees arrived earlier than promised. Everything that needed to be moved, such as patio and porch furniture was done so. Brightside spent approximately 21/2 hours thoroughly washing the siding, including the front porch and garage doors. When they were finished, the siding looked brand new and the porch as though it had just been repainted. The owner and his crew were friendly and very professional.

The team , including the owner Seth, did an amazing job on windows that we suspect had not been cleaned in several years! It was as if cataracts had been removed from our eyes, and the windows were cleaner and brighter than we ever imagined they could be. The windows many of them oversized, presented a number of challenges which were all taken in stride. The team was entirely professional and went about the job of cleaning with a cheerful demeanor, never complaining or making demands. They all worked for approximately 4 hours at a steady pace. They were able to reach difficult spaces on the side of the house and on the second story with ease. When finished they cleaned the areas they had worked in, and asked if there was anything else they could do. The house literally felt brighter and sparkled upon completion. They did a wonderful job. They got right to work and were meticulous. They took great care of my belongings inside and the plantings surrounding the house on the outside. Some were a little tricky but there were absolutely no damages. Seth even removed a window air conditioning unit in an upstairs bedroom and thoroughly cleaned the window inside and out. He then replaced the unit and later gave me some tips on making the unit more secure in the window. The team worked like a well-oiled machine and completed the job to my 110% satisfaction. The end result was spectacular! The windows just sparkled! Seth encouraged me to do a walk-thru inspection before payment and I couldn't be more pleased. I definitely recommend Brightside Window cleaning to everyone looking for this service. No one could give better results. Bonus: I found out when they were leaving that they also do gutter cleaning. Our house and windows needed to be cleaned, we have never power washed the house and the windows haven't been cleaned in a long time. I saw the deal for BrightSide Cleaning for power washing and window cleaning, emailed Seth a question about availability, he responded with a phone call that night and we set up the appointment to get both done. Seth called the night before to make sure we were all set for the cleanings, he also called an hour before he came (both of which are very much appreciated). He and his employees did an excellent job power washing the house and cleaning the windows inside and out. They removed their shoes every time they entered our house which I really appreciated. We would certainly use them again and recommend them very highly.

I purchased the $180 deal but had 3 extra windows. Seth charged me a great price for the extra windows. He actually installed two screens for me (that I had). He called me the day before with a reminder call. 8am was the time we agreed upon and Seth and his two workers showed up on time, were friendly, removed their shoes in the house.. .they did such a great job that I scheduled my window cleaning for next year ! I would highly recommended this provider.
