Seth and his crew (two other men) were very polite and professional. They showed up on time, and completed the job in a timely manner. We had both our first and second floor windows cleaned inside and out. The second floor windows were so cloudy from not being cleaned in a long time, in addition to all the house work we did once we moved in. His crew was able to remove all the calcium build up (which Seth educated me on) and dirt. They look like brand new windows! There were a few areas I asked him to touch up before leaving, and he did so with out any hesitation. Was very easy to get a hold of when making the appointment and followed up the day before with a reminder/confirmation of time they would be arriving. I will be calling them again when we need our windows cleaned again!

I was very impressed with the guys from Brightside. They took their shoes off while working in the house. Even though the windows tilted, they opted to use ladders to clean the outside. When they were finished, they asked me to inspect their work. The windows were so clean, they seemed like they weren't even there . The windows looked better than when they were new. I will definitely use their services again.

Totally courteous. two asked all windows efficiently and thoroughly. When I asked them about sky lights he told me they were not glass and still wouldn't look clear. I appreciated that he saved me money that way at his expense.

Seth from Brightside called right away to schedule my gutter cleaning. I had purchased a significantly discounted promo on Angie'sList and had expected him to balk at the amount of work for the price - he didn't! He did a quick and thorough job and I have since had him out again for more work. They do window washing & power washing as well. After 2 great service trips out I have already scheduled him to repeat the work next year.

They were very responsive and called to schedule, re-schedule, confirm and showed up exactly ontime. Seth and Chris were very professional, helpful with recommendations on a few windows that have given me problems. Their end result of sparkling windows was terrific. My prior window cleaner is no longer in business, but his price was about half that of Brightside. I know he's out of business, and he definitely wasn't as professional....but.... I didn't count my windows correctly for higher priced ones. I only remembered $9 per window and $15 for sliding glass/2nd floor. So, my bad, but it raised my already high estimate quite a bit. Overall, I will probably use them again.

Look no further. This is the window washing company to use. Seth Goldberg, owner, gave me a firm estimate, confirmed my appointment, showed up on time, and did the work exactly as he said he would. Not a single drip anywhere in my house. All windows are beautifully clean, including two skylights that other window washers had skipped because they were difficult to reach. We have tried MANY other companies and Brightside was among the best. Will definitely hire every year!

Seth called promptly to set an appt and he and his partner arrived on time. He not only washed my windows inside and out but also washed the window ledges and made sure the windows were locked. His partner cleaned green moss off of my vinyl fence. It looks brand new! The price was as stated and he was professional in manner and took his shoes off which I appreciated. Seth was fully professional and responsive from the first phone call to the final follow-up. He gave me a tentative quote over the phone but then came to the house to survey the job in advance and refine the price. We were aware of cheaper options but had some bad experiences with other window washing services in the past and didn't want a repeat. Seth's reviews on Angie's List were so strong and our discussions about the job convinced us to choose him. He and his crew showed up on time, worked hard all day to complete the big job, and did an excellent job. We have a large Center City townhouse and reaching the high-up windows was a challenge, particularly in the rear. Seth found a way to get his ladders where they needed to be so all windows were thoroughly cleaned. We had let many years pass since the last cleaning. The impact of Bright Side's work was transformational -- the clean windows have brought the outdoor views vividly into many daily moments in the house. During a beautiful golden fall, this has been a wonderful treat. We will definitely have Seth back next year!

They did a superb job all around as the above ratings indicate. We have an older home and the windows can sometimes present a challenge. .But the three of them dug in and got the job done in a timely and efficient manner. They cleaned a total of 12 . and a a large dining room. They were careful with their shoes,in the house, cleaned the window wells, vacuumed the runners as needed. We truly have never been happier with a window cleaning job. .

Seth and Chris were very professional. They did an amazing job cleaning the windows! The room is so bright now I need to wear my sunglasses! On a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is high, I would give them a 10+. Great job and it took them less than 2 hours. I would recommend them very highly and they will be back again.

Bright side arrived promptly changing our appointment ahead of a pending storm so the work could get done. The results was phenomenal. We were long overdue. The windows are crystal clear, no more mildew on the side of the house or the deck, and the funky black stuff on the shed was all cleaned off too. My husband is an extensive gardener so they had to maneuver around our flowerbeds and landscaping which I thought might be a challenge. Brightside accepted the challenge, and the gardens came through without so much as a flower lost.We have a brick front on most of the house but the siding of the addition was dirty and had lots of cobwebs. They are all gone!! We will not hesitate to call them in the spring to clean the windows again, and the next time the house needs washed. Their prices were so much better than other companies we have used

I contacted Bright Side and inquired to see if they had an appointment with in the next two days to have our gutters cleaned. Seth proceeded to say he could be at my residence with in the hour. Needless to say Seth arrived with in 45 minutes and immediately went to work. It's important to note that our house has a lot of different pitch angles and gutters that run along the entire roof. he was able to quickly identify where our issues were and clearly identified them to us. He informed us that he believed he cleared all the blockages but to call him if there was a problem and he would Seth was incredibly nice to both my wife and I and was a shining example of professionalism. I would highly recommend Bright Side Window Cleaning and would use them again in a heart beat.

Provider was extremely professional and punctual. The cleaning took the amount of time I was told it would. He took his time answering all of my questions. My windows look fantastic!

The whole experience was great. Seth responded to my inquiry quickly and was able to give me a quote. He explained all that was included in the cleaning. We scheduled a time for the cleaning and I a week or so later I had to move the date. Seth was understanding and changed the appt willingly. They arrived when they said, did what they said, and finished when they said. Quite a pleasant transaction.
