Timely estimate and scheduling, phone call to confirm, very polite, respectful, and even told me before I asked that they wear coverings over their shoes when inside. During and after the work, they asked me to inspect to be sure all was well.

Very well. Seth (Goldberg, the owner) and his two co-workers came on time, began by professionally removing storm windows and any window treatments (shutters, etc.) that were in the way. They were meticulous in their work on the windows, used covers on their shoes indoors, and didn't miss anything. Seth was delightful to get to know as we chatted while he worked side-by-side with his employees. Our house looks so much better with clean windows and he made me a believer. I intend to call upon this company regularly in the future and would definitely recommend them to my neighbors and family.

I was very happy with the work. The gutters were loaded with pine needles. Small weeds were actually growing out of them. We had recently taken down a large pine tree that was overhanging the roof. Brightside cleaned it all out. The deck hadn't been washed in about 3 years and had a lot of algae, etc. Brightside left it completely clean. They were punctual and polite.

Seth and his team did an excellent job. They were efficient and unobtrusive.. Unfortunately the power washer broke down before the patio was finished but Seth did return as soon as possible to finish up. I will have Brightside back again

Seth Goldberg, who owns the company, took my order, called to remind me, and came just when he said he would. He was able to move the appointment up by a few hours, which was good for me. Seth and his helper had a very impressive technique in cleaning the windows that left the windows and woodwork completely clean. I even observed Seth taking off old paint splatters on the glass. I had never used an outside window cleaning service before but I will use BrightSide two times a year to keep my windows sparkling. Seth is the consummate professional - courteous, considerate, and fastidious in his workmanship. He even brought his own water! I have had many service providers over the 40 years in this house and BrightSide is at the top of the list. I selected this company because of the glowing reviews on Angie's List. They are all true! Did I mention that the 3 stories of my house was no deterrent, and taken in stride. Kudos to BrightSide for a great job at an affordable price!

Seth and Tom were punctual, careful, and very efficient. They are a quality-oriented team that washed and cleaned all the windows in the house in a systematic manner that wasted no time and make no mess. The gentlemen were first-rate professionals who do their extremely well. (I have already scheduled a second gutter cleaning with them at the end of the fall season.)

I found BrightSide through Angie's List as I do with many of the service professionals I use and was encouraged by the good reviews the company had received. I detailed to Seth what I was looking to have done, the square footage of the home and how many windows were involved. He quoted me a price over the phone. I did contact a couple other businesses to obtain quotes from them also. BrightSide was one of the more competitive prices and after speaking again with Seth, set up our appointment. I was also extremely pleased to get a confirmation call ahead of time. The two gentlemen did arrive a couple hours later then the stated time, but that was OK as they did call and keep me informed. When the 2-man team arrived, they started with the inside windows and I was VERY impressed by their removing their boots before entering my home which I felt showed a great deal of respect and courtesy. They then went outside to powerwash our home and do the outside of the windows. We have two sides of our house that receive very little sunlight and consequently we get the "green slime" that many houses get. The did an absolutely awesome job in getting every spec of dirt and green gunk off our home! And our windows have never looked better! I had not had the windows done in 5-6 years and cannot believe how terrific it is to look out of crystal clean windows! I highly recommend BridghSide Cleaning for both windows and home powerwashing. They were professional, reasonably priced, and did an excellent job. You will not go wrong if you retain their services!!!

Seth and his helper arrived punctually after rearranging their schedules to accommodate my needs. They completed the job with speed and professionalism. Since I mentioned we were considering putting house on market, Seth recommended we remove aluminum screens to further lighten and brighten our interior. They removed my screens and labeled them with room location and carried them to storage in my basement. I was very happy with the work done and would definitely use them again in the fall.

Did not realize how dirty our windows were, honestly! Seth and his co-worker showed up on time and got right to work. They removed all storm windows and screens, placing them in the house and really limited the amount of time that the windows were open. While the entire job took about three hours, they weren't a noticeable presence as I was able to go about my work and do stuff around the house. We chose not to put our screens back in and Seth took the time to label each one and neatly stack them for us. He was professional, clean and courteous. As I told him, we're hooked! Would easily recommend Brightside Window Cleaning to anyone looking to get their windows cleaned.
