We bought our home recently and the windows were dirty with leaves in the sills. We have over 20 windows and sliders, plus storm windows. Brightside cleaned every window, removed and cleaned the storm windows then vacuumed the sills. They put down mats to protect the floors and removed their shoes in the house. When they left it was all very clean!

Although we had some difficulty scheduling initially, due to they're busy schedule, they gave me a very good price to make up for the delays, and provided excellent services. As such, I can understand why they're busy, and definitely hope to use them in the future.

Seth and his team did a fantastic job. They showed up on time and finished the job in about 2 hours just as he estimated. When I asked Seth if we needed to do anything in advance of the job, he said "yes, have a cup of coffee, we'll do everything." They were incredibly polite and left everything spotless. The most important thing is we're thrilled with how things look. We can't believe how we've been living with filmy windows all this time, now they're crystal clear. Home siding is clear of mold and mildew and looks great. I highly recommend him.

Great! Seth and his team did an amazing job. I came home from work to a brand new house. I was not aware that my gutters had shield over them but Seth informed me immediately when he started the job so I wasn't charged for something I didn't need. He communicated with me during and after the work was completed and even powerwash the exterior of my chimney at no extra charge. Seth is honest and reliable. I highly recommend Brightside and will hire again in the future. FYI: They do honor Angie's list member coupon.

This is the second year that I have hired BrightSide Window Cleaning to clean al the windows in our three story home. They are responsive, always professional, easy to work with and do the windows to perfection. I will use this service every year. Last year they also cleaned the screens too. What a difference!

The original scheduled day, 5/22, was rained out. However, Seth said he would try to fit me in during the week. He said he would call the next morning to let me know if Tuesday might be possible. (I had moved a great deal of furniture and other things in order for the crew to reach the windows.) He did call and we agreed upon a time. The crew arrived as arranged at 11:00 A.M. on 5/23. I explained the special problems with some of the windows. The crew went to work immediately and worked at a very good steady pace until the work was completed. The crew was polite and friendly. I felt entirely at ease with them, as they quickly moved from room to room inside and out. They completed their work in a neat fashion, including the extensive cleaning of the gutters. They are pleasant and skilled. The results are very gratifying. This is an old home with a lot of windows. The quality of the cleaning made the windows become extraordinarily transparent, so the outside views are beautiful. Inside, each window glistens. The glass is cleaner that I have ever seen it, including when I first moved here. Seth explained each charge to my satisfaction. I am entirely pleased with this service. I should mention this is Brightside's second visit here. I had my gutters cleaned by them two years ago. I was very pleased with the service then which is why I contacted them to return to wash the windows. I am pleased, once again, and plan to have them out for another gutter cleaning after the leaves have fallen...
