AN ANGEL'S TOUCH CLEANING SERVICE

We contacted them, they came but they did not do the job that we asked them to do. It was a nightmare. We are so disappointed. It is not what they are advertising. I had a different house cleaning service before and this was the first time I used Angel’s Touch for house cleaning. When I checked on their work, it seems that nothing was cleaned. The dust was still there. They did not vacuum the floor for us. The glass door was not cleaned. The service that we expected was not done so we don’t want them anymore right there. My husband and I will not recommend them to our neighbour or anyone. I think it was easy to clean our house, they just have to vacuum the appliances and map the hardwood floor. We did talk to the owner about the situation and they said they will send someone else out but we refused. I think their price is not cheap. My experience with them is the worst. We found another company who did a nice job for us and it is called Mom and Daughter.

I was so pleased with the work that i now schedule them every two weeks to maintain my home. This company is wonderful and i couldn't be any happier.

They did a good job though the initial deep cleaning is expensive and unnecessary. They use their own cleaning supplies and equipment which I like. I called them a few days later to schedule a cleaning for the holidays. I originally requested Dec 23rd, but Angela said the 22nd was more open, so I said that was fine. I called today the 20th to confirm. My appointment is not in their book. Now five days before Christmas I have to scramble to find someone else to clean my home. Beyond unprofessional. You can not rely upon this company to be there for you when you need them, so they are useless.

They were supposed to perform a "deep cleaning" that they said was necessary prior to them doing regularly scheduled cleanings. I tried them because of the reviews on Angie's List. We have had deep cleaning before by another company so we had expected it to be similar. The end result was not even close. We had even provided them with a list of what we had expected and they assured me there was no problem with the items on the list. We were so looking forward to a good expereince we even pre-scheduled them for two other regluar cleaning dates in advance. When I called to see how many would be doing the deep cleaning I was told 2 people. In our previous experience we had 5 come, We just thought they would do a good job but it would take longer. We both work so we could not be present during the work. When we arrived home that day we were so disappointed. There was a large spot on the floor near the refrigerator that they had not touched. My wife had to clean it up the next day. The floor mats in the bathrooms were not clean. The vent behind the couch in the family room was dusty and a fuzz dust ball was nearby. I would not expect them to move a couch and clean behind it in a normal cleaning but for a $300 "deep cleaning" I certainly do. There were wires from the lamp in the family room that had dirt and dust there showing the area had not been cleaned. A number of tables had not been dusted. This was especially true of a table in the upstairs hallway and on a table in the office spare bedroom. There was dust on the medicine cabinet downstairs and the large mirror in the master bedroom had not been cleaned. The bathroom floors had never been cleaned. Not even swepted let alone mopped. I did them myself that weekend. I was so upset I e-mailed the list back highlighting the things I was most upset about. We called to say how disappointed we were. We had to leave our message on an answering machine but never got a return call back to say they would return to correct the problems or reduce the price we paid. As we found more and more things that had never been done we called again to cancel the other two previously schedlued cleaning dates. Once again I had to leave a recorded message and once again I never got a call back. No one ever said they were sorry we were not satisfied nor did they offer a remedy to our dissatisfaction. The cleaning they did was the equal to a regular cleaning we get from our regular service at a fraction of the price. I am very skeptical of the reports that were previsouly submitted.

They are very prompt and courteous! The main office communicates well.

I was having my kitchen scraped and painted and wanted to have the whole house cleaned afterwards. The painting job was onle supposed to go 3 days but ended up going 4. An Angels touch tried to accommodate and came later in the day, and saved the kitchen for last. They did an outstanding job, but unfortunately the painters did not finish in time. The cleaning service apologized and agreed to charge less than the agreed up price since they could not finish the last 2 rooms. The two cleaners did a meticulous job. I plan to use than again for regular cleanings

They did a tremendous job!! That was a month ago and I have used them twice. Knowing it's getting done is a relief and the price is very reasonable!
