Our Experienced HVAC Technicians Always Put Our Customers First A family owned and operated business, All Seasons Comfort Control started in 2002 when Jeff Long and his son Chris joined forces to share their knowledge, skill, and expertise. All Seasons Comfort Control was founded on the concept that as a family business, we would treat our customers as family and their best interest will always comes first. We decided then that we will only offer the highest level of quality products and services. We wanted to be different- we wanted to be the company you can trust for honest answers, fair pricing, quality workmanship, and friendly service. Based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Jeff, Chris and the rest of the All Seasons HVAC team work hard to provide the best heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and gas fireplace service the region has to offer. Description of Work: Most recent service was included in a service contract. They came out once recently to service an AC that wasn't running well. Also came back to follow up on an installation detail that the town inspector specified after installation of a new unit. Both times, they arrived promptly, performed the work quickly and cleanly, and at no charge.

Description of Work: My A/C was not blowing cold air, it was making strange noise and the pipes from outside to inside unit were frozen. The young technician was very knowledgeable, checked the furnace and immediately Identified the main circuit board was burned out. They had to order the parts. After the parts arrived in couple of days (sooner than I expected) another technician came back and replaced the circuit board and ensured everything else was alright. After completing the repair he took time to explain how to take good care of the system, and politely answered all questions I asked. |After just 2/3 days my tenant complained the A/c was not blowing cold air. I reached out to All Seasons Comfort once again. The service arrived the next day. According to my tenant ---- "the tech spent about an hour to identify a faulty switch/circuit breaker, which was not delivering sufficient current, and fix it. Very professional people!" |I was very worried about the bills as I had no experience of getting this type of things done and did not get chance to shop around. But they were very reasonably about price and honest to not rip me off. |

Description of Work: Replaced my failed air conditioner with a heat pump system. Installation took 1 day and went well. 2 days later, wHen I called about a failed breaker after installation, the breaker was damaged from the failed unit, they came and replaced it in 2 hours. Excellent service.
