We had a problem with our heating system giving off a burning smell out of nowhere. We called the emergency line and someone said they would be out between 8-10am the next day. At 8:15 am I got a call that a technician would be over shortly and his name was Colin. I also received a text stating his full name and verifying my address. Within 20 minutes Colin was here! He was extremely professional, even covered his shoes when walking in the house! Colin identified the issue quickly and fixed it right then. We are beyond pleased and would be more than happy to use All Seasons for our future needs!

From start to finish everything was top notch. Appointment for quote was an excellent presentation and Chris arrived at the scheduled time. Chris was also available for follow up questions. A pre installation appointment was needed and Jeff the owner showed up for that as was on time as well to go over exactly what his guys would be doing on the day of installation. The day of delivery and installation went just as well. Technicians arrived at scheduled time and cleaned up when finished. The owner Jeff showed up at the end of the job which was a very nice touch. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will be using them to maintain my new system.

-- VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM START TO FINISH; Chris explained the system options carefully and the benefits of installing the AC and furnace at the same time when both are on their last legs. The technician,Colin, was very personable and evaluated the AC system with care to determine its lifespan. There was no pressure at all to buy the new units. (We knew from the recent home inspection that the systems were very old and the furnace had a large hole in the flue. It was not expected to last another season.) -- We decided to purchase both AC and furnace based on the information we learned and our own desire to be proactive rather than wait for one or both to fail in a matter of months. We felt that the warranty was excellent and wanted to go with this company because of its outstanding reviews and professionalism. -- The technicians were extremely neat and cleaned up thoroughly after the installation. They explained information about the systems and new thermostat. The installation was scheduled in a short time period after our decision was made. --Thora, who handled phone contact and appointments, was extremely pleasant and efficient. The company also sends follow-up emails to confirm appointments and answers questions by email. Very helpful! ALL IN ALL ATOP NOTCH COMPANY THAT SHOWS A DESIRE TO MAKE ITS CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND KEEP THEM! We are so glad we used Angie's list to find them.

Good services. It took a couple of visits but due to the complexity of finding the leak only. Once found they fixed quickly and has been running well since. Would def use them again - very professional and responsive.

I had a plumber come out to give me an estimate to move my w/d. However, it has been nearly a week later and I still do not have an estimate. I called and spoke to the secretary and she had no estimate for me. Unfortunately this is not the first time I attempted to get an estimate to move my w/d. Chris Long came out to give me an estimate for a new HVAC system and while he was over I asked him to also give me an estimate to move the w/d. I called a handful of times and never got the estimate. Furthermore, my pipes burst and a plumber came out to fix them and while he was over I asked again to get an estimate to move my w/d/ He told me he would need to speak to the master plumber and he would get back to me. And of course that never happened either. The quality of work that is performed is good and I suppose the price is fair, but they are not responsive at all. I am quite disappointed that after months and months of attempting to get an estimate, I still do not have one.

They were good. It was quality work. They came when they were supposed to come.

They are very print on answering phone calls. Flexible hours. They were able to accommodate my hours since I have a pre schooler!!! Very professional and we made a contract with them to give maintenance to our AC unit and heater.

After making 6 calls (using Angie's List, of course) and getting 4 estimates, I chose All Seasons Comfort Control (one provider was too busy, one was rude over the phone and one treated me like the "little woman" who didn't really know what she wanted) . Chris Long quoted me the lowest price, which isn't always the best way to go, but I was so impressed with the reviews that I decided to go with them. Jeff Long came out and did a more thorough inspection of the site, and an installation appointment was made. Colin and Danny arrived around 9:15 on the morning of the install. They looked a bit young, but knew just what they were doing. The first day the 30 year old oil burner came out (it had stopped several times during the last winter and I didn't want to go through another winter with an iffy unit), the new burner partly installed and the hot water heater was up and running after the electric was run from the box to the unit. My old oil burner also took care of all the hot water and they didn't want to leave me without hot water. I took my first shower without fumbling with the water temperature (scalding, cool, scalding, cool, etc.). It was great!. They were back the next day to finish installing the oil burner. Danny fired it up and nothing happened! He tried the rest of the day, into the evening to no avail. Next day, Jeff was out, and after several hours, found that that unit itself (a Weil McLain) had a small defect and fixed it on the spot. When I received the final invoice, it was the exact price that Chris originally quoted. I can't say enough about this company. They know what they are doing and are professional and courteous. I don't want to leave out Thora, their customer service office rep either. I will be using them for any future service and maintenance on the units.

When our Trane system broke down, we found out it was 28 years old (we were only living there the last 10 years) and didn't owe us a cent. We decided to start looking into a new system. After some online research into HVAC systems, I learned that a bad contractor can ruin an otherwise well-regarded system. Using this information, I chose 4 contractors with good reputations (using Angie's List and other resources) who handled the systems I was most interested in buying (Trane or American Standard). All Seasons Comfort Control (ASCC) was one on that short list. Chris Long, one of the owners, came by to provide an estimate. He was different from the other contractors - that's good. Chris was very professional and quick to explain terminology that I was unfamiliar with. Chris confirmed some thoughts that I had (for example, unless I REALLY wanted it, we really didn't need the best air conditioner model he could install - it isn't Arizona) and offered suggestions based on what other people in similar situations purchase. He took his time with me and offered some very valuable information. Strangely, Chris was also the only one out of 4 contractors with brochures (every other contractor waved their hands and wrote models on a legal pad). The brochures helped me understand the differences between models. I told Chris that I was getting 4 estimates and he responded like it was no big deal. He didn't ask who else was involved or try to downplay his competitors - he only spoke about ASCC's benefits. He did his heating and cooling calculations and gave me an estimate during our meeting on 3 different American Standard systems (one top of the line, one system that qualified for all of the PECO rebates and tax credits (the one we purchased), and one that was a step lower and cost less than the middle of the road). After he left (no pressure), we received an emailed, written confirmation within hours. His quotes did not include any tax credits or PECO rebates so it was easy to compare. A week or so later, we decided that we wanted to get a water heater too (which was also reasonably priced). Although ASCC's pricing was the lowest of all the contractor estimates (I normally go with the middle company), the references that I requested and he provided locked it up. Every reference was from my area and had been using ASCC for more than a few years. Each one spoke very highly of the company and the people. After signing the contract, Jeff came by to look at the job for materials needs. On the day of installation, Jim and Scott came and did a great job. They respected our house and asked permission to do anything that might have been out of the ordinary. The installation took a little less than 2 days - exactly as estimated. The only glitch - not ASCC's fault - was a defective coil that will be replaced as soon as the new one is delivered. Since then, I have had follow-up questions for Chris that he has answered by email. Our heater is amazing and so was ASCC.

Made recommendations that were reasonable. Courteous, prompt and earnest.

I spent $20,000 for two heaters, two air conditioners, two humidifiers, and a tankless hot water heater. They provide competitive prices, excellent service, and good follow-up.

They were very punctual. The serviceman Kevin was very professional and they cleaned up well after themselves. They were also very thorough. They were very accurate with the pricing and made room in their schedule to replace the water heater. Just extremely accommodating.

He was absolutely terrific price-wise - beating other estimates by far. He was also courteousness; everything was great. He took the time to show me how to clean the glass doors on my sealed unit. He waited while I took it apart & put it back together - Who else would do that?? This will save me money on future cleanings. I will definitely use them again & have recommended him to a neighbor.

ALL SEASONS COMFORT CONTROL LLC I used their service about a month ago for a new oil heater. The other one needed a lot of work and it wasn't worth fixing. It cost me $3500. They were $1000 cheaper than any one else. That is quite a difference. They did a good job as far as I know. I called them back for something and they came back right away. Their price was considerably less than anyone else for pretty much the same thing. They showed up when they were supposed to and did the job and cleaned up. They were pleasant enough. Informative. They knew their trade well.

Chris arrived right on time and went straight to work. He was familiar with both brands and provided detailed suggestions for owner maintenance. He also provided information on potential trouble signs, their root causes, and owner solutions, if appropriate. It was clear from his answers to my questions that Chris is very knowlegeable about these systems. The appointment went very smoothly including the demonstration of the units at the end of the service call. Very professional and knowldegable. Their pricing is excellent compared to other service provdiers.

Scheduling an appointment was smooth and easy. Chris arrived exactly as scheduled. Based on my earlier phone call to report the problem, he came prepared with likely parts for my unit. He asked all the right diagnostic questions and quickly found the problem part. He immediately was able to repair the thermocouple and offered to replace it if I chose. I decided to replace the part while he was there as precaution. The work went quickly and smoothly and Chris also gave me a quick tutorial on how to use the system which had come with the house when we purchased it but with no documentation. Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, priced right...Highly recommended!
