All Seasons did a great job. The service technician was on time and fixed the issue within a few hours. He explained that whoever previously worked on the unit left the caps too loose and coolant escaped. It was a good thing they came out and fixed it or I might be replacing the condenser due to the issue.

Pretty incredible experience, really... Called them at about 7pm on a Sat night and got their after hours answering service, Kevin returned my call within 10 minutes or so. Scheduled a service appointment for 8am the next morning (yup... Sunday morning). Scott showed up, was pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable. He used those little show covers and got to work. He communicated with us throughout the diagnosis and was clear and open and the repair costs. Additional note... it's a small thing, but I also appreciated that they take credit cards. Might as well get the reward points, right? :)

I had contacted them a year ago because we were having trouble with a 25 year old unit. We really appreciated the no pressure sales approach. I contacted them a year later because we had decided it was time for a new system. Great company to work with. Fair price. Punctual. Responsive. Quality products. Great after-purchase service. Great financing. Honest. We were very pleased with the entire process and are very happy with our system.

Tim from All Seasons responded quickly to our request for a quote. While not the lowest bid, he impressed us with his knowledge and several suggestions to meet our personal preferences. All Seasons submitted the warranty information for us and prepared the paperwork for the PPL rebate. All we had to do was sign and mail it. The install went smooth and All Seasons sent out someone to follow up and make sure we were satisfied.

They installed two units a year ago. One broke almost immediately and spilled water all over my basement. Foolishly I cleaned it up and fixed it myself rather than forcing them to do it. The second unit was on the second floor. This unit was supposed to be good for 12 months. The first heating season I didn't use it, so this year it was "new as installed" and failed after 2 months, similar to the first unit. Unfortunately it was on the second floor and destroyed much my 1st floor. They never offered to install the shut off switch which is common for any such device on a second floor where a failure can do damage. Not only did they charge me to fix the second unit., but despite being an existing (now former) customer they forced me to pay in person vs. bill me. Then the owner made of point of telling me this was all my fault and they had no responsibility whatsoever. Well I guess legally they are probably right. the unit was 13 months old (although only used for 2). From a customer satisfaction it is disgraceful. Two units fail, my first floor is ruined, and they charge me $125 for 10 minutes for a cheap part you can buy at home depot. Great way to treat a customer. I suspect they are being so dismissive because they aren't doing well (companies that are doing well would probably be able to handle this better). The charging on site is another sign of desperation, probably they are short on cash. They seem nice enough. Just probably in over their heads (new / young help) and don't have the resources to treat their customers right. Much better options in the area.

Price was great and units are running really well. There were some slight hiccups in the beginning with some scheduling but overall couldn't be happier. We replaced AC with one of the most basic units because our price range was tight but we are really happy with everything.

My wife and I wanted to replace our HVAC system and water heater prior to finishing the basement (those systems were near the end of their lives anyways). After contacted All Seasons, they were very quick to set up an appointment with me. Chris came out to the house, took a look at our systems, and then sat down with me and went over all the available options to me. He explained everything very well, and was the only one to give us a folder and brochures for us to keep. After collecting quotes from several different companies, my wife and I were deciding on which company to go with. A few days later our air conditioner completely died, and our house reached 85 degrees or so. I called Chris at All Seasons, and told him our situation. Without me even asking, he offered to send someone out immediately to repair our system, or get us a replacement at no cost. A technician was at our house within the hour, and our system was repaired complimentary of All Seasons. We then chose to go with All Seasons because of the professionalism and good work ethic of Chris and his team. They installed a 95% efficient system from American Standard, as well as a new 50 gallon hot water heater, and 4-ton conditioning unit. They also taped my duct joints and installed a new 4-inch air filter. The total cost was 11,000.00 even, and we are going to be getting 700 dollars back in rebates. All Seasons is an excellent company, and they perform great work. They are definitely a company we would work with again in the future.

Our 25 year old gas boiler was failing and needed replaced. After quotes from three local providers (two from Angie's List) we chose All Seasons Comfort Control for several reasons. The All Seasons sales manager was on time, inspected our old unit, and gave us much more of an education on the boiler options for our home than the other providers did. Later that day, as promised, the sales manager sent me an email with their estimate. The price was in line with the other Angie's List provider so we felt confident that the price was appropriate. The installers were also very professional and on time. The removal of our old system took a little longer than they expected, but we appreciated their attention to detail through every step. Our new boiler works great and we were pleased to have found them through Angie's List. All Seasons also services A/C systems, so they'll be getting our business for that as well. Thanks Angie's List! And the third provider? They have done A/C work on our home in the past and they also do electrical, plumbing and heating systems. They gave us a quote several thousand more than the price we paid with All Seasons, and their product offering seemed of lesser quality. Although the A/C work done on our home was very good, they are expensive. This is a large area with 100's of providers. We've lived here 9 years, and our neighbors all use different providers. Without a resource like Angie's List to narrow down a list of potential providers, making an educated choice is just too difficult. I'm really glad we have Angie's List.

I was very happy with all our interactions. I should have written this review much sooner. They were extremely responsive. They came and assessed the situation and we scheduled the cleaning. After the cleaning, I noticed a significant drop in my utility bill from the previous year (which was probably only partially related to the arctic freezes from the previous year). I liked their green attitude, everything was done with an iPad and email, no paperwork. They were also able to answer all my questions and provide me with their recommendations for how much longer my boiler will last. I plan to replace the boiler later this year, before next winter, and I plan to do it with them.

Had not used this provider before but called them because of their good reviews. My furnace stopped working during a very cold night. I called them in the morning and was told they could come that day in the late morning/early afternoon. They came at 11am discovered my heat sensor needed to be cleaned and serviced it immediately and got me back up and running! He also noticed while cleaning the humidifier unit that it wasn't working properly and got that working as well! Prompt, great service, would definitely use again!

very happy with results. technican was very helpful in explaining heat pump operations,and quickly located problem of over restrictive filter.performed a complete check of all parts of the heat pump and went over all the results of his tests.

Service technician was about 2-3 minutes EARLY for the appointment. He was gracious and friendly and got straight to work on the heating system. Explained an occasional minor glitch I'd been experiencing with it, told me if the glitch continued after the cleaning and servicing it would be an easy fix. Checked and cleaned the system, explaining at each step what he was doing. Altogether, a very pleasant experience with this company. I opted to pay the technician, rather than asking to be billed; he gave me a temporary receipt on the spot and All Seasons followed up in less than 24 hours with a complete e-mailed receipt listing the work that had been done and reacknowledging payment. Would I use this provider again ? YOU BETCHA !
