We were pleasantly surprised in dealing with your company. Your salesman Spencer was a breath of fresh air he was honest in his assessment of our gutter situation and did not try to over sell what we needed. We totally expected to be hit with a $10,000 quote to replace all our gutters Your installer was amazing, he was a one man crew who was able to complete the job in about 2 hours while doing the job correctly.We will definitely keep you guys in mind when we are ready to finish the rest of the house Angie and Eric Simmons

They started a little slow ,traffic can cause that. When they arrived to do the work necessary, they were efficient, professional and did an excellent job. Because we had heater gutters installed ,we will have to wait till next winter to see how efficient they are. Our expectations are high but if they work as well as the crew that installed them our problem will be solved. Thanks All American Gutters. Ps we already recommended them to friends.

I was very pleased with the entire process, from start to finish. Spencer explained the product and the steps for installation very clearly. Also the price was very reasonable. had quite a few companies come out but the salesman Mark was exceptional. He new my gutters wasn't great but offered the product that was good for me in protection of debris in my gutter. so i decided with him because of professionalism which other places sales people were not even close. So when they came out the installer who also was professional said he really did not want to put protection up because sad shape of my gutters and he said it would totally looked crooked and out of place. I was not surprised but installer was professional. Management got back to me later that day i gave me unbelieveable price for gutters and i was satisfied with price because i had knowledge. So installer cameback was so happy i was getting gutters and now protection. it was a very good installation and when he was done he showed me around i was satisfied and also you never new they were here place was spotless. i am very happy i went with company that was so professional with great product. highly recommend. The operator, "Jin" arrived on time, Was very responsive to all my queries and completed the installation of the gutter guards showing total deliberation and professionalism. I would have felt more confidence had I known more about how the company operates, But I was very satisfied with the work, Especially since we've had a very heavy rain since the installation and the gutter performance was excellent! I have been totally pleased with all aspects of the work done by All American The salesman was knowledgeable in answering all questions, I normally get three estimates. I had to cancel two other appointments and signed the contract immediately. The installation was scheduled for Wed. 27 Oct. The installer was on time and worked non-stop until the job was done. He cleaned up all materials. Was all around polite, informative and thorough. I would definitely recommend All American to anyone.44545

Ok, Have a seat a the table for this one: First off, I don't have the slightest clue is above a 1-2 star rating. This has got to be the worst experience i've ever had with any contractor/business. The initial meeting (October 2nd) with All-American went fairly well with all my questions being answered and seemingly a "shoot-from-the-hip" approach along with a very reasonably sound price point then things fell apart very rapidly. So moving forward..Mind you, the initial contact was on Oct 2nd with the assumption someone would reach out the next day or perhaps even the next couple days with some sort of follow up. Not a chance! Having had to reach out myself via texts and phone calls to no avail so I was about to abort. I then received a text on Oct 6th requesting an install for Oct 13th..Ok, fine, or so I thought.... I finally got call back from Damon (lead installer) the next day indicating that he wanted to survey project just to make sure we were on the same page and to address any issues/answers I may have. Again, I said sure..When?.. time was set and take a guess,,NO SHOW! Now mind you, I was livid obviously but I was told that there was an emergency in family and I totally understood so I pushed it aside so then we agreed to an early morning meeting on Oct 12th at 7:00am or thereabouts...OK, No Sweat, I'll see you then BUT call me if anything should happen if you cant make it...NO SHOW, NO CALL!! Mind you again, I had to be somewhere that morning which usually takes approx 1 1/2 hours to drive but having waited for 2 hours i got stuck in rush hour and it turned into over 3 HOURS!! Done yet??!!! Not even close!! Soooo I then spoke with Dennis who assume is the regional or national lead for installs or one of the owners: what the **** do i know at this point, who said that someone dropped the ball and he would get on it ASAP. I then received another call indicating that there was a local guy that would be available and reach out that evening. Guess what?!! NOT!!!!!! I then get a call that this person had a death in the family blah blah blah after speaking with Damon at 9:30 the same morning!!! I have to tell ya, I don't believe or don't remember taking the time to write a bad review in my life although I've had bad experiences in the past, who hasn't? YOU CANT MAKE THIS UP!! The thing that made my skin crawl though was the fact that I've called their headquarters in Ohio several times along the way reassured that this would be ironed out and the Call Center personnel along with manager after everything that transpired said I had a bad attitude and I cursed!!!! By far...THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! with a company. I'm pretty thorough in keeping track of communications and notes and I wish I could post due to the unbelievable nature of said experience but I cant but don't take my word for it, who knows you may find yourself on the other side of the fence. If anyone reading this thinks for a minute...What a tool this guy is to have been strung along by these clowns... YOU ARE RIGHT!!! Other thing thats horrible about this is also.. It puts a bad taste in your mouth for the next guy that is actually shooting straight and treating customers in a professional way and sort of acting like they value your business. Welp, perhaps one of the longest review out there but doesn't that tell you something? Meh, perhaps not, go for it I guess..Your call

Gave the ok on Sept 4 2021 to install gutter guards and would install Sep 14. Got a call from Damon and was told they would be installed early on Sept 10. He called to set up but no one came out. Original installation date on Sep 14 came and went and no one called or showed up. I tried calling the cell and voicemail full on Sept 16. Finally got in touch with Damon and he said they will come by to install Sep 20. That day came and went and no one called or installed. Called the main office and girl said she email them, Damon called and again said they would install Sep 27. That day also came and went no call or install. I called main office again and Damon called back saying he will send his 'Best guy' to install Oct 4. That day came and went no call or install. I called main office again Oct 6 and girl said she will contact the owner, Damon's boss. No one called back. I would try to review the product but no one is coming to install and it has been over a month now!!

Leaves were already fallen, so will have to wait until next fall to see how efficient product is.
