Pickets & Posts Fence Company

They were very friendly and extremely hard working. They arrived between 8/830am and worked until about 9pm to finish the fence. It looks great and they even took my dogs into consideration when working stepping it down due to the slope in my yard. They cleaned everything up afterwards and walked me around to look at the entire fence and tested both gates before they left.

I only had the fence gate repaired and it went very well. Jim responded in a timely manner and completed the job professionally, including making some adaptations to the gate itself. I intend to do the fence replacement at a later date and intend to hire Jim to do the work.

Jim was very nice, easy to work with and responsive to all of my questions. Job was completed in 1 day and looks absolutely beautiful. Would definitely use his company again.

I left a message for Jim, to see if he could quote a fence. I didn't hear back. I called the following day, and left another message. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no callback or reply. I hope he was not sick, or something bad happened because he has an A rating on Angie's list. Fortunately, I found another fence company who replied & we hired.

Very well. Workers were always on time and any problems were quickly resolved. I could always contact Jim when we needed to have questions answered.

Excellent job. Jim kept us in the loop the whole time, answered any questions and came back for final tweeks and inspection after it was all done. Adapted easily to any special requests. Demo and removal of old fence included in final estimate. Jim Sapienza's cost estimate was better than 3 others .

I just closed on my house and the backyard already had a partial fence; completely across the back and 1/2 way up one side. Jim met me at my property to get the details and measurements. I needed 2 gates and had some specific ideas about how I wanted them to function. Jim understood exactly what I wanted and was straight-forward about setting expectations. Unfortunately the weather wouldn't cooperate with the initial timeline, but I was kept informed about any changes in the schedule and any issues which may cause a deviation from what we discussed. When one post was being installed, the underground electric was right at that location so a small adjustment was necessary. Honestly, I may not have noticed the change for a while if Jim had not pointed it out to me, though he wanted to insure I knew about the modification and that I understood why it was necessary. This is typical of how he conducted business; with a proactivity and forethought to any questions I may have had. There was also a small follow-up once completed and that was decidedly swift and aesthetically well done. Very professional and personable, it was a pleasant experience. I cannot recommend Pickets & Posts highly enough.

Jim was great! He came over and did some measurements, gave his expertise on where to place the posts and gates, provided me with a free estimation and showed me a few different fencing options. Jim was very professional and did a fantastic job. My dogs even did something to the gate where it dragged a little and Jim came right over to fix it back up.
