They did a great job and I would hire them again.

I was told that an estimate would be emailed to me the next day but that I should remind them if I didn't receive it. I did have to email them to get the estimate, and then it was quite high. I ended up using someone else.

They were very responsive and Cole (and his team) were very professional and always followed through on promises and expectations.

After discovering upstairs bathroom water leak into the lower kitchen ceiling, I got a plumber to dig a 36" by 54" hole to fix the leak source. This was impacting my food preparation area and so I needed the plastering done in a couple of weeks. I research three contractors from Angie's List reviews and call them to get quotes. First said that it would be 8 to 12 weeks out to even to do the job, the second didn't show up, and finally Hutton Painting & Remodeling. He came out and evaluated the area in a few days and provided a itemized list of prices to finish the work along with some optional costs based on my preferences. Then He and I discuss a time outline as to when this could be done. He replied that this job would take two days and be completed in two weeks if done on the weekend. Two men came out on the day as Hutton indicated on weekend and started the repair. On time, well prepared and professional along with a reasonable original estimate. I am very happy with the blending the new repaired section with old remaining ceiling.

Hutton Painting and Remodeling is a top notch company. We scheduled our painting job pretty far in advance because we were moving from Texas to Pittsburgh and wanted to be certain we could have the work completed before we moved in. A few days before work was to begin, we received a text from Cole (the team lead who is fabulous) confirming all of the details. The crew (approx. 6 men!) arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. on the day we had agreed upon. Every member of the crew was extremely polite and professional. We felt thoroughly comfortable leaving our home while they were working. They put in a full day every day. Some of them even worked on a Saturday in order to complete the job by the date we needed. The house looks beautiful. They are very meticulous and encouraged us to be sure to let them know if there was something we weren’t happy with. Honestly, there was nothing (and we are picky) that we felt needed improved upon. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up before they left. I can’t praise this company enough and would definitely use them again and also would recommend them wholeheartedly!

Great! Justin repaired the ceiling in less than a day, left it to dry overnight, and sanded and painted the next day. All family members were wowed by the job. Very happy.

Hutton Painting did a wonderful job! The work is beautiful and everything that I wanted. The workmen were punctual and courteous. They were knowledgeable about methods to get the best paint results. They cleaned up every day when they finished and were done with the work ahead of the scheduled time.

Overall, not bad. The only reason I didn't give an A rating for the "Overall" category is because there was a disconnect between what I was told by Don (the owner) when he came out to do the estimate and Justin the foreman for the job. For example, Don told me that they would put down plastic on my carpet and then a drop cloth over the plastic during the project and although I mentioned this to Justin I never saw a piece or plastic used. Also, Justin didn't seem to be aware that the job included final sanding of the joint compound. Fortunately, I had an email from the original estimate indicating that this was indeed the case and the final sanding was done. I never saw Don again after he came out for the estimate and, although Justin was very easy to work with and stated that if any problems with the project arose after everything dried that they would come out to make it right, I believe that Don should at least make an appearance as the project is nearing completion just to make sure things are being done in accordance with what he told the homeowner. Let me be clear, I don't blame Justin the foreman for this disconnect, I believe the owner should take responsibility for that. This being said, I would use Hutton in the future and wouldn't have a problem recommending them to someone else.

Hutton transformed my house into a home - and in the time frame they promised. They are thorough, left my home clean and neat throughout the entire project and I cannot say enough about how great my home looks! I ended up with exactly what I wanted.

Excellent work by Justin and Gage. They arrived everyday on time, cleaned up every day and did a great job. I have even refered them to my father and my sister.

It went great. They did an excellent job without making a big mess. We had Justin and Gage. I think they were cousins. There was a cancellation so Justin called me on a Friday and asked if I wanted to move my start date up to the following Monday and I did. I had just had new floors put down and they had to move furniture but not one scratch on the new floors. They are good people who do nice work at a reasonable cost. It was a one and a half day job which went without a hitch. I'm having them back in the spring for exterior painting and repairs.

The room looks great! Justin was pleasant and professional. He did what he said and was very prompt. I was pleased that he was neat and took care to protect the carpeting he had to go over to get to the bathroom. His time estimate was spot on.

They were pleasant and neat, cleaned up every day, and did a wonderful job. In fact, I have another small job and they are coming today to replace a small section of wall board that was damaged when a curtain rod fell down. I also plan to engage their company next spring to do some exterior painting. It is so refreshing to work with a company that is prompt, honest, efficient, and just plain nice.

Don was quick to respond to my request for an estimate. He was on time and professional. The quote was provided a few days later. Ultimately, we did not end up using Hutton's services, but the quote was competitive and I would have had no reason to be concerned about the work.

Excellent work - price quite was very fair and reasonable. Worked with me to schedule at my convenience. And even did a few spot touch ups on a few areas I did not notice! Looked at another bathroom project while there and gave me a ballpark estimate. I will be hiring them to do the work! Very consider, courteous and a pleasure to do business with on all levels!

Workman was great! He communicated clearly and courteously. He checked in with me when he had questions and provided advice when I had questions. He was careful in the space and did great work.

My experience with them could have not have been better. They are professional and friendly and so willing to take the extra step to make me happy. They were on time always and do quality work. Attention is paid to detail. I would highly recommend Hutton.
