Everything done by Grandscapes was exceptional. The craftsmanship was incredible. Josh has incredible attention to the details. I have had several projects done - new retaining wall, landscaping, concrete stairs replaced and railings. Not only is the end result fabulous but their prices are extremely fair and reasonable. Josh and his crew are simply the best!!
Description of Work: Replace retaining wall, replace concrete steps, remove and replace landscaping, mulch and put in railings.

Grandscapes made an appointment to see the project and give and estimate. I could tell the company was disorganized when making the appointment because we confirmed an appointment through email, then they called to make an appointment, then they lost the number of my boyfriend who was going to meet them at the house so they called me to tell me they were running late. In the end... we never got an estimate! We called and emailed repeatedly after the appointment. No one picked up the phone, returned voicemails, or returned emails. If they weren't interested in the job it would have been nice to at least hear that from them.
