Bill Wiesenfeld Contracting

I TRULY hate to give poor reviews, but this service is unprofessional and I think it important to point that out to potential, future customers. I called initially, described the job, and was offered a price and date to start the work over the phone. This is AWESOME!, but wanting to have something in writing, I asked if someone could come to the job site, look it over, and re-confirm the bid and work. A date was set for 10 days hence between 9:30 and 10:30 in the morning. Not hearing anything on the appointment date, I called around 10:45 and asked about the appointment. Bill indicated that he was sorry, but was really busy and that he wouldn't be able to make it that day and that he "meant to call." Not much comfort for a potential customer who didn't go to the office that day in order to meet with him. When I asked about the weekend, he said that he would call me Saturday. Not receiving a call on Saturday, I called the following Monday and left a voice mail. That was a week ago, and no communication. To me, it's OK to decline a job because you have a full schedule. But, it's really not OK to not show up for appointments and to not respond.
