carpet installation
 + -1 moreThey didn't want to do the work because they thought the job was too small. They didn't have the necessary material in stock, and they weren't willing to order it in such a small quantity.
Description of Work: We wanted them to install carpet on a staircase.

 + -1 moreVery well. Mike (the salesman) advice was very good. The installer - John - was friendly, flexible and did a very professional clean job. The tile they recommended - Duraceramic - looks great and worked well on our old not very straight floor. We did not do a great deal of price comparisons. Overall a very positive experience - would highly recommend.
