Mike Noon, owner, is never on time for appointments. Sometimes we waited up to 90 minutes for him to show. The work in the bathroom was okay besides not sanding down the wall where the previous towel holder hung. Also, the hardwood floor replaced looks really bad as it doesn't match in color, material, or amount of poly. My review is based mostly on a siding estimate done for my parents. I got out of the hospital the previous day. Mike made small talk - again after being extremely late and making my parents miss their lunch. What followed was THE MOST unprofessional behavior I ever witnessed. Mr. Noon brought up religion, which is a subject that should never be discussed in mixed company. Because I did not and would not agree with him, he subjected me to ridicule and lectured me for at least 30 minutes. I was so upset that I was in tears and my mother tried to nicely tell him to stop. He wouldn't listen and I finally had to raise my voice to stop him. He looked surprised at my reaction. This was the rudest, more arrogant, and most ignorant display of unprofessionalism! If you are looking for a contractor, please do not call Home Pride Builders/Mike Noon. If you disagree with him about something, you may be victimized as well and I wouldn't wish that feeling on anyone.
