Cozy Hearth Chimney

I have hired them to redo chimneys that were incorrectly installed when my house was built and to trouble shoot my wood stove which has never worked correctly. Thus far they have been working on these issues, and are in the process of completing the work that needs to be done. The only problem for me was they were supposed to show up on a friday at 12 oclock stayed home and waited till about 2:30 and finally I called to see when he would arrive , he informed me he wouldn't be able to get to me that day and I had to reschedule this was troubling to me, however they did an excellent job,neat and clean.
