Premier Pools and Spas

I could never recommend Premier Pools & Spas out of Souderton PA or any of the other Premier Pools & Spas franchise locations. We had the absolute worst experience with this provider and are still (2 years later) dealing with the aftermath of a horrific pool install. This provider does not take any responsibility for the subcontractors they use nor will Premier corporate assist at all in fact, you cannot find a contract person or working phone number for Premier corporate.. We assumed this was a full service pool provider as they presented themselves as such. This business does not practice appropriate contract processes and protocols. In fact it borders on deceptive. At the time of the pool install Premier understood we wanted 3 foot of stamped concrete around the pool as well as a concrete deck around the pool. Premier only contracted for us for 3 feet around the pool and when the concrete subcontractor they used did a terrible job with the concrete Premier bailed on us completely. We had to go to court twice with Premier, who Jeff the owner, got aggressive and belligerent in court. At one point we feared him and had to ask another guy who worked with him to leave our property. Every twist and turn they tried to hide from us how bad their concrete subcontractor's job was. When we had paid for multiple concrete providers to come and review the job for us. Each one said how awful the job was. We are now 2 years later stuck fighting for functional pool deck and patio with the concrete subcontractor on our own. Premier completely abandoned us when they realized just how costly and frustrating replacing the concrete would be. jeff and Premier have a lot to learn about customer service and proper business practices. Never ever use Premier Pools & Spas. There are much better companies out there I'm sure. I cannot stress just how awful working with them was.
