The moving team was polite, professional, and extremely well prepared. They actually moved all of my furniture and belongs in less than seven (7) hours. They took the time to listen and put everything where it belonged at the new property. I would HIGHLY recommend them again in the future. Thank you for doing such a FANTASTIC job from start to finish.

I was very nervous about our recent move due to a bad moving experience 13 years ago, where the moving company damaged many pieces of our furniture. However, I am happy to say that New Horizons exceeded all my expectations! From the initial contact with Andreas, who assured me his company would do an exceptional job, to Amal, who repeatedly reassured me up to the big day. On moving day, Eddie and his crew arrived on time and were polite (and funny!), respectful and careful of our furniture at both our homes, and took great care to make sure all our anxiety was alleviated. Even though we purchased extra insurance (because of our fears), the move went amazingly smooth, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I would HIGHLY recommend your company to anyone in the future. Thank you, New Horizons!

They were prompt, professional, courteous. This is my second time hiring New Horizon and I would recommend them. Bob Rush and his team were great and very careful with all of our things. Our initial move quote was underestimated but the final pricing was fair. Paying for New Horizon Movers was money well spent! Thanks!

The movers did an awesome job. They quoted 5 hours for the job and got it done at the right time. The items were in good condition after the move. A job well done.

Fabulous company! They moved us out of one residence, stored all of our belongings for two days, then moved us into our new house! Could not find better company! Highly recommend them!

The moving process went very smoothly. They showed up as scheduled, quickly planned the work to be done, and made sure to verify that any damage was pre-existing (which it all was). The final bill came in under the original estimate, which is always a plus.

4 reviews 1.0 star rating 4/7/2017 I contacted multiple movers for my upcoming over night move and had difficulty finding a mover that had both the Thursday pickup date and the Friday delivery date. So I was very pleased that New Horizon had both my dates. That was my first question to every mover I called. Laura was pleasant on the phone and sent someone to my house for an estimate on Tuesday, just a few days after we spoke. Radu, the moving specialist inventoried my house and asked me to check out his company. He was very proud of the their reputation. He promised that he would send me Moving Estimate the very next day. Sure enough, next day, Wednesday, when I got home from work, an estimate arrived from New Horizon. And it was good! I was excited that I finally found my mover. Thursday morning, bright and early at 8 am I called New Horizon to tell them I would like to book with them. Laura, the office person said, "Sorry, WE DON'T HAVE YOUR DATES." I responded "What do you mean - you sent out a guy Tuesday, sent me an estimate Wednesday and now Thursday YOU DON'T HAVE MY DATES!??" My husband called and spoke with the owner who said someone called with a credit card and booked the dates. When asked how he could do this when we just got the estimate, he said 'THIS IS HOW WE DO BUSINESS.' So remember, if you want 'This Kind of Business', call NEW HORIZON MOVERS...

We have used New Horizons movers twice now, and they have been great both times. Scheduling was done very easily through email, They were also very helpful when I had to call them with questions. The guys showed up on time and were very professional and friendly during the move. They really made it stress-free for me and my wife. We will definitely use New Horizons when we ave to move again.

I can't say enough about this company. They were excellent!!!! Beryle set up everything , she was awesome !!! The 3 guys that moved us were on time , careful and quick. Great experience!!!

The professionalism of Bob, Manny, and Secretary was great. They were friendly, hard-working gentlemen. They were very careful with all of our possessions. Even though it was very hot and humid they did everything to make this a smooth transition for us. My husband and I are in between homes and will definitely call these men to help us with our next move.

I would like to warn you not to use this company.Me and my family bought a property and renovated it before moving in.I found this moving company online and scheduled an appointment for an estimate to move our furniture. I received the estimate and start to get calls every week pushing me to book with them, I explain the representative that her name is Ammal that we are renovating the new property and I am not sure what will be the exact moving date. She explained to me very clearly that we can book a date and we can call and change it without any extra charge. This was June 1 2016 she asked me to sign a document to confirm the moving date and I refused, for the same reason that I could not confirm the time. I told her that the best thing I can do is to estimate the moving date to Wednesday June 8. Ammal also asked to have my credit card on-file that way she will be able to use the card for payment and she mentioned that this will happen only after the move will be completed. At Monday June 6 I called and explained that we will not be able to move June 8 2016 and asked for a different date, Ammal explained that she does not have any other dates available and asked again if we can do the move at June 8. I told her that I will check and return to her the following day and she was ok with that. The day after I called her back and told her that it will not work for me. Then she switched on me and told me that she is going to charge the card I gave her $350 cancelation fee, clameing that this is there terms, she also said she is not the person I talked with the day before even I recognise her. I asked to speak with a supervisor or the company owner and at that point she hangd up the phone in my face. I called again and again and she hanged up in my face, the day after I found out that she used my credit card on the amount of $350 without my permission. My husband called and tried to verify howcome my card was charged without my authorization and asked to speak with a supervisor or an owner. The same Ammal said that the owner does not talk to customers and she is the only one that handling everything, he tried to get an explenation and all that he got was that it is what it is and there is no one else beside her and also she need to take calls and she cannot talk about this matter anymore.It looks to me that I fell into a scam and I already disputed this charge.I recomend to stay away from those people.

My whole experience with New Horizon was nothing short of spectacular right from my first contact with them. I spoke with Andreas and he was quite responsive about my scheduling needs and followed through with relevant emails. The cost estimate that he provided for the move was comparable to what i had seen from other providers as well and what convinced me to go with them was their ability to address my scheduling needs as well as their quick response on the telephone. i always give high marks to providers who do not keep me on hold for a long time on the phone. On the day of the move, Cody & his team arrived right at the time they had committed to. While moving items from my old home was normal, it is during the unpacking that these guys were at their best. They had a constant conversation with us to ensure that all items were placed and assembled at the right places. They even helped us place our furniture in the living room and apply felt pads before placing them on hardwood floors. The final cost was well below the estimate which was also a pleasant surprise. Overall, they made my move a non-stressful one. If i ever move again(I hope not anytime soon), i will definitely be calling these guys first.

It went GREAT!! Everyone from start to finish were very courteous, professional & helpful. I hired for 8 hours on a Saturday during Labor Day weekend. They arrived on time & finished early, which lowered the cost. They were very careful of the furniture & the walls & floors of our new home. If the box wasn't labeled they always asked where it was supposed to go. The guys made moving day a lot more enjoyable than it is I would use them again & recommend them to anyone

She was quick to respond. Although we decided not to use the service due to price, I appreciated the honesty and help with alternatives.

New Horizon Movers were moving our stuffs in a pod. The deal was for them to pack all our stuff up, put it into a pod that were on the drive way and to unpack it. I was not here when they unpacked it, I was at work. I was very unhappy to find out that my husband had let them go before they put everything back where they had been. We had a lot of unpacking to do afterwards. It was annoying to me. They came back and they did a little bit more a few days later but we still were left with stuff. We’re still trying to find stuffs that we thought we have. It seems like the main guy of the crew knew what he was doing and he was directing the other guys. They were fine doing what he told them but it didn’t seem like they were professionals. It did seem that they had worked together before. They were all older guys so it was hard for them to move our stuffs on the system. There was only one young guy and he came later. Some of our stuffs were heavy. They were OK. They were just not as efficient as the younger guy would have been. It’s not the first time I moved so I’ve seen other companies.

Doug and company did a great job. They were very careful and had some challenging pieces to move. Will be using them again in a few months for another move. Professional, courteous, very personable and took great care with each and every piece. Had nick on bed, which was difficult to maneuver. Waiting to see how their follow up is on repair.

These guys were fantastic - very professional and thorough but good-natured too. We actually had a few laughs during the process! There wasn't a nick on my furniture or the walls. Everything went very smoothly - until the end when I didn't realize that only cash was accepted. I failed to read the fine print and my move took three hours longer than expected which meant I needed to have $800 cash on hand - which I didn't have. (Who does?) They charged me a fee to use a debit card. That was my only gripe - otherwise, it went very well.

The three guys, "Douggie", Jarrett and Mike (forgive misspellings) did an excellent job. They were very professional and courteous. They managed to solve the challenges of getting big furniture into small places with ease. No complaints. They were careful and nothing got damaged.

They were on-time, professional and pleasant. They got the job done faster ans for less money than I expected.They stayed totally on budget even with a huge job. I absolutely recommend them.
