J-M-K POOLS

JMK Pools is a part of a national pool distributor, Premier Pools & Spas. However, dealing with JMK is like dealing with a family owned local business. The process started with Jeff McGalliard coming to our house for an initial visit to view our back yard and review our options. I was about 45 minutes late because of an auto repair that took forever and told my wife to go ahead without me. Jeff insisted she wait for me. They were patiently waiting when I arrived (I should say Jeff was patiently waiting, LOL). Most would have been happy to just "get it over with" and not waited. We made some decisions on what we thought we liked. Jeff took detailed dimensions of the area and handed them off to their design team. He called to set up an appointment to review the design. When we arrived at their office they had a 3D virtual design of the proposed pool! It really helped to see the layout in our yard. We decided to move forward with the pool installation. JMK handled everything from obtaining the permits with the township to scheduling the fence install. We had excellent communication throughout the process. They were very mindful of neighbors property and left the job site clean everyday. When the job started there weren't any delays, they had their crews and contractors put in a full days work to complete the job. Jeff visited the site frequently to be sure the install was on point and also to be sure everything was ok from our perspective. It was nice to have him involved from start to finish. The total job took about 6 weeks to complete including the down time for the gunite to cure. To say we are happy with the service we received from JMK is an understatement. Just this week I had a question regarding the salt system and Jeff stopped back to discuss and answer my questions in person. If you are looking for a pool install you should definitely check out JMK!!!

We had a horrible experience and found JMK to be extremely unprofessional to work with. When problems came up during the project, instead of working out a constructive resolution, they consistently told us to go ahead and sue them.

JMK SWIMMING POOL IS A WELL ESTABLISHED COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1967. THEY ARE A MEMBER OF THE NAT'L SPA & POOL INSTITUTE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THEM. THEIR WORK IS GOOD AND DEPENDABLE. THIS IS A TOUGH BUSINESS AS SOME COMPANIES GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND AFTER THE WORK IS DONE WHEN YOU NEED ADDITIONAL FOLLOW UP. JMK STANDS BEHIDE THEIR WORK AND WE ARE HAPPY THAT THEY RE-FINISHED OUR POOL.
