We had contacted C&C for a quote for replacing our A/C unit. They initially rescheduled their appointment, but were very nice when they did come out. Their proposal was provided quickly and was very professional. Ultimately we did select another vendor, but would most likely consider them in the future.

My husband really liked the sales person. They were in and out of here lickity split.

The technician looked at the blower and the air conditioner. He compared the motor installed with neighbors air conditioner. Then he recommended that he try to add freon, but wasn't sure if it would work. He went ahead and added the freon, and told me it should work, and that I would get a bill later

Our heater went after fifteen years on a Sunday. We had three companies come out on Monday with estimates. We were looking to go with another company until we heard about the York HVAC system that seemed to have stood out a little further from the rest. C&C gave us a quote on the spot, followed-up by a written quote the next morning. C&C was able to get us on their installation schedule that Wednesday. The installers were prompt, professional and neat. They stayed late to finish the job until it was complete.

They arrived within 20 minutes of when they said they would be there. I had to reschedule the water heater installation since one man called out sick that day. They left everything clean and were very professional in all aspects of their work. Tom, who came out to give me the original estimate, followed up to make sure I was totally satisfied. Very pleased with results.

I am usually a loyal customer.....it takes a lot for me to change contractors. I do not feel this company is organized, and does not appreciate it's long term customers.

The air broke last year, only 2 years after it was installed. I had to call the manufacturer to cover the repair costs because C&C would not cover it. Now the furnace has gone out, and they are wanting me to pay the repair costs again. They have horrible customer service, and they do not stand behind their products.

Recieved four estimates. Cost was third lowest. Met with representative who was very nice and explained everything in detail. Workers were very professional and cleaned up everyday before they left. Job was completed ahead of schedule. Very hot summer. Air running most of the time. No problems. I would highly recommend this company.

We used them for about 12 years. They were very punctual and good to work with. They are professional and their prices are fair.

Puntual, no problems - we had them come out a couple of days after the install to tweak the unit because we didnt feel the AC as much as we wanted. Havent had any problems since - fingers crossed

They were great. I spent $95 but I know he went above and beyond what his rate was for the time he spent here. He was really timely and we had a problem with setting up our house with other people being not so prompt. He was here only to do a service and look over our heater but he stayed over for an hour and half and looked over everything he could. He was really straight forward and he cleaned everything. I felt comfortable having him over in the house. He was not able to pin point what exactly was wrong but then it was not something that he could have done. Their responsiveness was great and I told him I was on my way and he moved up his appointment time which was great.

I met with him and he sent me a quote. He is not going to install the new HVAC system until all my other construction work is done but we have made all arrangements. The quote was for $5500. The representative was knowledgeable, professional and punctual. The job is not done yet but everything has been good so far. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Service was great. They replaced the unit over two days that were in the high 90s. The techs asked if they could start early (7am) and would stop working around 2pm, simply because it was unbearably hot in our attic. Totally understandable. Our attic was not terribly easy to access.

They were on time. The guy really knew what he was doing. He took time and answered all my questions. They were not late. They didn’t make any mess. People were very courteous. Their price is good for calling them twice a year. I would use them in the future.

Saturday, we noticed that the A/C blower was not working. It was a pleasant weekend so I called C&C Monday 8AM and they arrived at about 10:30AM. The gentlement inspected the A/C unit in the basement and found the capacitor went bad. He stepped out to look for a new capacitor in his truck and within a few minutes he replaced the capacitor and the system worked.

I am a Realtor and have recommended C&C to my clients. I have also used them for the installation and maintenance of the HVAC system in my own home. They are very professional and their prices are reasonable. When I wanted to replace the electric resistance HVAC system in my townhome with an energy efficient heat pump, I interviewed several HVAC contractors. When Darrin, the engineer from C&C came out to my home, he did a thorough evaluation of my home and performed a load calculation to determine the size unit that was necessary for my home, taking into consideration the square footage, windows, and number of people living in the house. They were the only ones who did this. Darrin also explained the problems that can occur with an improperly sized unit. He was also able to explain why it never got cool on the second floor of my home, something which concerned me since the time I purchased my home, and something which no other contractor could explain. It turned out that the builder never cut the returns through on the second floor! Consequently, my system was starved for air and not able to put out much velocity on the second floor. Darrin was able to suggest a remedy for this problem by cutting an additional return in the basement area. (Thankfully, my basement is dry so while not optimal, the air quality is OK.) C&C had come highly recommended to me and their price was the best. They provided a few different options for me in terms of systems. The install went flawlessly and they cleaned up and left no debris. There was also a follow up visit from someone at C&C to insure that the unit was functioning properly and that I was satisfied. C&C is definitely a class act. I recommend them without reservation.

I have signed a service contract with them. They installed the heater for me so it makes sense to have them do the maintenance. It also helps protect my warranty if I go with them as I’m not sure if somebody else would honor the warranty. I don’t have issues with them. They are in and out. I shopped around for the price pretty well and I had got a premium system and I’ve had no problems with it. They did a nice job. They had to rework on a lot of duct work. I got the entire house done pretty much and I took out a lot of walls and everything. I would continue to use them in the future.

We contacted C&C for an estimate. Our call was referred to the sales department and the next day we had a call back from their sales representative. An appointment was set for the following day when the sales rep came out and surveyed the job. He gave us his estimate before leaving that day. We got several other estimates from other companies. Following this we decided to give the job to C&C. The salesman had kept in touch with us and their proposal was the best one for us. Since we had central air which was non-functioning during the heat of the 2010 summer, we were anxious to get the unit installed prior to family coming for a visit. C&C went out of their way to install the unit so that we had it prior to the visit. All installations were made efficiently and we had no problem with the unit after installation. We would certainly recommend them for you to consider.

You can get them on reasonably short notice. They're very punctual. I find that their service people are knowledgeable and friendly.

I was looking to add central air to my home and with the $1,500 tax credit this made it all the more appealing. I received a few estimates and decided to go with C&C. I had Mr. Tom Chiavaroli, a representative come to my home and educate me with the type of system that would best suit my needs. He explained the many choices I had and then we set an appt. to have the work performed. The day I had C&C do the installation I was greeted by two of their employees. They were true professionals from the moment they introduced themselves to the conclusion of the project. The work was done in a timely matter and they even cleaned up afterwards. I had a York system put in with an ultra modern thermostat which they taught me how to operate and how to change the filter! I am truly pleased and if you get one you will be too!

The parts and labor was covered because it was under warranty. Their quality was good. I would use them again in future.

I have a service contract with them to come out twice a year. They are very reliable and they always show up when they are supposed too. I have been pleased with their services. The pricing seems to be fine and it is easy to call and set up an appointment.

They were good. We are very satisfied with them. It was difficult to get a hold of them at times. However, once they were in things went well.

I called them back after the unit was installed about registering my warranty and they did not return my calls. I am disappointed that the service was dropped once they received my check.
