He was honest and spend a fair amount of time checking my heat pump on an extremely cold day. Price was fair as well.

Our new heater broke down at midnight. I immediately called their emergency service. I was told that they do not come out between the hours of midnight and 8 AM. I asked for C&C to call me back anyhow. After an hour, I called their answering service again asking for the call back. Then twenty minutes later, their answering service ( not C & C ) called me back to tell me their midnight to 8AM business service policy. By 8:45 AM, I hadn't received a call yet and our house was now 52 degrees inside so I called their office. When questioning them, I was told that they had these no repair service hours because they didn't want their workers on the road after midnight because they felt that it was to dangerous. Isn't it common sense that a heater might break down or need to get restarted during the coldest time of the day? A sevice man did come out before noon and got the heater running. My point is that they advertise 24 hour service & repair to compete with similar local companies but don't provide it.

Everything goes well. I have had no problems, except for this last visit. I called the first week of May to schedule my A/C tune-up. The earliest they could come was the end of June. They scheduled me for Friday the 20th, sometime after 1. I called at 4 because I hadn't heard from them. They usually call and let me know when I'm next. The technician got there about 5:05 & finished about 5:45. I will still use them in the future.

Meant to write this review a long time ago. The owner of C&C was fantastic to deal with. We had issues with our AC and were par of the maintenance plan however our AC unit kicked it in July with 110 degree temps. C&C couldn't see me without assessing a fee to come earlier than previously scheduled maintenance and I wasn't happy. We used window AC units for a couple of weeks and then the mechanic tried to replace something that ultimately did not work. The owner stepped in and gave a very good deal on a new HVAC system and professional installation and we are 100% satisfied. I would recommend C&C to anyone as I feel the owner is involved in the business and cares about having the proper reputation for his business.

They are reliable! They are up front about their pricing and it's reasonable. They do a nice job.

C&C installed a replacement heating and central air system for us in 2009. From start to finish it was a great experience. We use them twice a year to perform preventive maintenance on the system as well (cleaning, adjustments, etc.). I would recommend them.

They showed up on timeA, as they usually do. They performed the work requested in a timely manner. They are always prompt, efficient & thorough.

For the past several years, I have had C&C perform semi-annual maintenance to my heating/air-conditioning system. This past winter they were out for my heating "check-up". The technician arrived when expected. He was both professional and courteous. There was a part that needed replacing, and it was covered by the maintenance agreement. Nothing more to report. Overall, it was a good experience - and I expect to see them again this summer for my AC "check-up.

Went well as always -- installed a good unit, with extra effort to give us the fair price. We have had a maintenance contract with them for 9 years, and their very professional, very courteous technicians have done a fine job on Spring AC and Fall heating maintenance and all repairs. Prompt emergency service!

C&C have been servicing our heating, air conditioning, and humidifier equipment (2-zone) under an annual maintenance contract since we bought our new home 17 years ago. Their pricing has been very stable and their service is excellent - calling us to make appointments, coming on time, explaining what they have done and any issues. After 17 years our original equipment is still working fine and, based on a neighbor's experience, this may not have been the case had we not signed up with C&C.

Very good job. Explained the process and made recommendations about filter changes. Very efficient and friendly worker.

We chose C& C to install our new heat pump due to the service they had been providing in the past. C&C clearly demonstrated that they are experts in their field. We had a special need in that we have a whole home generator with an energy management system that required C&C to integrate the new heat pump into the system. They carefully planned the installation, consulting with our electrician. Their installation team did a neat job of removing the old unit and installing the new one. We are pleased with its performance. We have found C&C's service personnel to be very knowledgeable and professional. They are on time for periodic maintenance visits and have been responsive when we've had problems.

C & C Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is truly an outstanding company. I have used them for the past 15 years in several homes that I have owned. In my current home they installed 2 air conditioners and 2 heaters and they maintain the equipment as part of their annual maintenance plan. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and very reliable. C & C is extremely fare priced when considering the services performed. I would recommend C & C Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone who is looking for new heaters and or air-conditioners or a service plan to maintain their current equipment. You will NOT be disappointed.

It went great. If you ever have a problem, they always respond quickly even on the weekend. They are very professional and always do a great job.

They come out twice a year. They are really good.

We had an issue with the pump for our water softener and Air Conditioner being over loaded. They came out and told us nothing was wrong. Two weeks later the pump failed and flooded our basement. We engaged another provider who said that the pump should never have been used in the first place. $130 from C&C + $650 for the emergency service and our problem was fixed.

Mark came out to the house, investigated both issues - neither of which pertained to the HVAC. He took the time to explain exactly what the issues actually were. He was very knowledgable. I ended up signing a maint. contract with C&C (not that he tried to sell me one - I asked for it because I really appreciated the great service)

I got 3 different quotes and the reason I went with them was because my house is 18 years old and they were the ones who installed it originally and their price was cheaper than everybody else's. I had one minor glitch but they came out the following weekend and fixed that and it's been working pretty good ever since. Their price was good and they were pretty quick.

From A-Z this was actually a pleasant experience. During the estimate, Tom Chiavaroli listened to my concerns and desires. He obviously had a great amount of experience with HVAC, both installing and estimating. We were not in a rush to get the job done so we scheduled the job for their slack time and the timing of some rebates that he made me aware of. He offered many options and gave me two estimates, one heat only and the other including AC. C&C was the third company that I received an estimate from and the only one less than $10,000. I was concerned about going with the lowest estimate but my concerns were unfounded. It took a week to get the estimate back but that seems standard. On installation day the crew of two showed up on time and well prepared to work. They introduced themselves and, after looking at the aspects of the job, they briefed me about what they would be doing and got to work. I was there for the entire install but only checked on the progress occasionally. They answered my questions and all answers were consistent. They had to hack a hole through the bathroom floor to add an outlet. This was an incredible job as there turned out to be two layers of tile and one of oak on top of the sub floor. They did an excellent job with the new ductwork. These guys were truly professionals from beginning to end. They kept things clean as they went. Immediately after the job and once or twice later, Tom called to make sure that everything was meeting my expectations. Now after two heating seasons and into our second cooling season it is working beautifully. We will be moving into a new (old) house that has no AC and an old heating system. I will contact C&C and this time I will not stress if they have the lowest estimate. P.S. They provided all the documents for tax incentives and PECO rebates. Tom recommended that I have someone else remove the old oil tank and boiler. This seemed a little strange at first but when he explained that since there was no access from my basement to the outside, everything would have to be cut up or broken down to very small pieces to be carried up the steps and through the house to the outside. It would take most of a day to remove the old stuff and it did not make sense to pay HVAC techs to do that. He recommended a specialist and I got a couple other telephonic estimates. His specialist, Robert Petrovich, gave a slightly lower estimate than the others and also gave me credit for the fuel remaining in the tank. Robert charged $815 to remove the oil tank and huge cast Iron boiler. Robert is a bit of a character, very animated and very professional. He wasted no time getting to work. It took about 5.5 hours for him to finish with lots of noise most of the time as he had to cut the oil tank into pieces small enough to fit into trash bags so they did not make a mess on the way out of the house. Robert showed up on time with his son to assist. Another excellent experience.
