Description of Work: I've been a satisfied customer of C & C for many years. |I've learned to appreciate the integrity of the company and it's technicians. Job always done right first time and arriving at the agreed appointment time - C&C consistently performs well.

Description of Work: This was a maintenace service call under my service agreement which has them come out 2X per year. They send out post cards to remind me to schedule the service and are always here at the agreed upon time frame. They let me know if there are any issues and in most cases there are not. For the longest time, I had the same fellow come out but the last 2 times it was someone different. Both are very courteous and knowledgeable. I have had a couple of instances where I needed them to come out due to a problem with my heating or air conditioning system and they were very prompt in fixing the problem.

Description of Work: We have a service contract with C&C. They come to our house twice a year to inspect and service our heating and air conditioning units. They usually send the same technician who is familiar with all of our units. He is prompt, clean, and courteous. We rely on C&C to keep everything running as it should. Our only complaint is that it is sometimes difficult to schedule our annual inspections in a timely fashion. However, whenever we have needed service for a problem, they have responded promptly.

During the past 4 years, we had to use their priority service for emergency repair several times. They responded the same day as the request and the work was done right and at a discounted price.
