Description of Work: Spring inspection of new heat pump that C & C installed in Feb. of 2013. Arrived on time and did a professional job. I have been dealing with C & C for over twenty years and have always found the company to be responsive and professional. They have always addressed my concerns. They do quality work and a fair price and they listen.

Description of Work: I have been using C & C for 20 years. They are wonderful. Very professional and responsive and an excellent value. The installed our first two HVAC systems 20 years ago and installed new more efficient ones 4 years ago. |The new systems are great. We have had our systems on their service plan and the plan is a very good value providing routine maintenance and repairs.

Description of Work: On Christmas Eve morning I woke up to a very cold house. I called C&C and a technician was here within an hour. One of the computer boards on the furnace had to be replaced. Every technician has been polite and professional. I can't say enough good things about them. My problem is with the customer service agents. I was not happy with a date given for periodic service and asked to speak to a supervisor. She was very curt and borderline rude. I very nearly changed to a different company because of her attitude. This incident was not related to the 12/24 service call.

Description of Work: Our gas furnace was not functioning it was 10 degrees outside and 55 degrees inside the house. The repairman was there in about an hour after the call. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to me and corrected it. Fortunately no parts were required so the total cost was the $150 service charge.

Description of Work: I wanted to replace my 20 yr old York stellar gas furnace and central ac unit to prevent a failure at the worst time and save money on my utilities bills. I called 5 local hvac companies and obtained estimates ranging from 6.7k to 11k for a 2300 sq ft home. I narrowed down the estimates to C&C Heating and AC, and QDI. I ultimately chose QDI because they had special pricing through Costco, are a local company, and a friend recently had a similiar system installed and he was very pleased. QDI did a great job and I would highly recommend them. I must say I also feel strongly C&C would have also done a great job too. Darin McCaul of C&C was most knowledgable of all the companies and really spent the time to understand my home and from an engineering standpoint what system should be installed, and explained why without the sales pressure. My research into C&C shows they are a reputable company and would have been a good choice to replace my system. Save yourself some time getting estimates and put these two companies at the top of your list.

Description of Work: I CALLED ON A SATURDAY EVENING, AS MY A/C WENT OUT AND I HAVE A BREATHING PROBLEM. RALPH WAS OUT IN 1-1/2 HOURS AND STAYED 1-1/2 HOURS REPLACED CAPACITOR ON OUTSIDE UNIT. HE CLEANED OUTSIDE UNIT AND REPLACED FILTER. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. P.S. I FOUND C&C ON ANGIE'S LIST IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THEY WERE MY 6TH CALL, THE OTHERS NEVER CALLED BACK TILL MONDAY MORNING.THANKS
