It didn't go! I spoke to two different people at this business, three different times, left countless voicemails and did not receive call backs. I made three attempts (over a two week period) to schedule cleaning and the person I spoke with took my contact information, said she would call me back and never did. When I called to find out the status, I got the voicemail, left many messages and got no response. Very Unprofessional! if this is the way they treat potential customers, I want nothing to do with them.

Patricia was amazing. She spent time on the phone assessing my needs and working with me to decide on which services were needed. The crew did a thorough and efficient job. Attention to detail was excellent.

Bacco Cleaning solutions did an excellent job - my place looks beautiful! The cleaning required was challenging, and took longer than originally estimated. However, I was charged the originally estimated amount. In addition, they were flexible about scheduling. I had to reschedule because the contractor was not done with repair work, and came out on a Saturday, even though that was not a usual work day for them. I was impressed because they came out to do a pre-clean estimate - other companies I called gave me an estimate over the phone without looking at my place. I strongly recommend this company!

They did an awesome job on the deep cleaning. Now they work at my house on a bi-weekly basis! Great staff!
