We hired this contractor almost a year ago to do various projects. The work was supposed to be finished in 10 days according to the contract. We are here almost a year later and there is still work that is unfinished. I paid Martin before all of the work was completed, and I can’t get ahold of him to finish the work now. The pipe still hasn’t been cut, and there is still a huge piece of concrete in our side yard. I’m not sure what to do now.

As newer homeowners, our AC (19 years old) finally gave way during an extreme heat wave. Martin offered to come over late at night to troubleshoot. We agreed a new unit was the best option. He did not put any pressure on us and encouraged us to call around and do our homework. Within a day it was pretty obvious we were choosing All Trades Combined, Inc. Martin was very professional and friendly. We felt comfortable with him in our home. He had 3 additional workers, covered our stairs and hallway with drop cloths, removed the old unit and trash and hauled it away. He even added a plywood floor to our attic. Additionally, he picked a unit that would allow us to add forced heat should we decide we want it in the future. We were very pleased with the overall experience.
